A new artificial intelligence invention called “Friend” is making its debut as a companion for people dealing with loneliness.

The trailer for “Friend” highlights a variety of scenarios where the AI tool is used to bring comfort to people. The user just presses the button (or not) to tell the AI bot what they want to say, and it buzzes in reply, sending them a text to their phone. The artificial intelligence necklace appears to be able to have personalized name of whatever the user likes.

Showing scenarios like a woman hiking to a new place, a guy playing video games with his (actual) friends, a woman eating a falafel and a new couple on a rooftop, the “Friend” is showcased as tool that can tag along with you at all times in any situation. Right now, it is available for pre-order for only $99.

The concept of where this strange AI necklace came from though is currently under fire from Nik Schevchenko, who created a “diss track” against Avi Schiffmann, the founder of , according to Gizmodo.

“Yo, I’m Nik, and for those who don’t know, I built Friend,” Schevchenko raps in a video on X. “I’m the founder, hardware in hand, you just a shadow.”

Regardless of who actually created Friend, it can be agreed that this new take on AI is not only bizarre, but it is promoting actual isolation from other humans. With the rise of people now searching for AI romantic relationships and family, artificial friends can now be expected as well. However, a robot can never truly give the same type of love and affection that another person can, and it certainly cannot fill in the holes that only God can.

Marvel missed the mark with Christian audiences in its newest film, “Deadpool & Wolverine.”

As the Christian Post noted, “Deadpool & Wolverine” has gained traction on social media about its decision to use vulgarity when describing Christianity.

In a YouTube video by “The Simple Life of MJ,” a moviegoer described her experience of going to see the film.

The YouTuber, MJ, discusses how she expected there to be crude jokes in the film. However, she did not expect to see such vulgarity targeted at Jesus.

“I cried during the film and after the film. I was just absolutely broken in my spirit,” she says. “Ryan Reynolds calls himself the Messiah. He calls himself Marvel Jesus all throughout the film. There is a scene where Hugh Jackman is crucified on a cross obviously mocking Jesus’ sacrifice.”

Another moviegoer shared on TikTok why she left the movie early.

“It is disgusting. It is so against the Lord. They are blaspheming our Creator, and you should not see it,” the woman said.

Another TikTok user, TizzyEnt, referenced the X cross as being similar to an old cover of a Marvel comic book. However, that doesn’t mean that this addition to the film had not already upset fans.

These reactions to “Deadpool & Wolverine” are reminders that we are to be careful about the kind of content we consume. God saved us to renew our minds, and be a light to the not to have us stuck in the bondage of the world.

The oldest person in the U.S. is giving credit to God for her long-life.

As Fox News reported, Elizabeth Francis is currently the oldest person in the United States, reigning in at 115 years old after her birthday last month.

However, Francis hasn’t done this life on her own. Her granddaughter, Ethel Harrison, told Fox that Francis’ faith has been a key component to her life.

“She will tell you it’s by the grace of God,” Harrison said. “That’s how she made it so long. She is very spiritual.”

Francis lives in Houston with her daughter, Dorothy Williams, who is 95. The two have multiple caregivers.

LongeviQuest is an organization that keeps tabs on the oldest people alive throughout the world. The organization presented Francis with a plaque to commemorate her outstanding longevity.

Speaking to the Washington Post, Ben Meyers from LongeviQuest said that “Elizabeth Francis is America’s grandmother…her story is about faith, fortitude and family more than it is about longevity.”

Fox noted that Francis has been a member of the same church her whole life, Good Hope Missionary Baptist Church.

“They come to visit and bring communion,” Harrison said. “She is still an active member even though she is not able to attend church. We watch on television.”

Harrison also told the Post that Francis is grateful for her wonderful life.

“I asked her the other night how she feels about turning 115 and she smiled and said, ‘I just thank the good Lord that I’m here,’” Harrison said.

How do you trust God for healing when you haven’t experienced healing yourself?

Alwyn Uys has been used by God in many remarkable ways, seeing people healed from cancer, chemical burns and other issues. However, one of the biggest hallmarks about his ministry is how God is working through him even though he himself has not been physically healed after become paralyzed in his lower body.

In an interview with Charisma Media, Uys shared how the Lord has been working in the most peculiar of ways to bring healing, hope and deliverance to those both near and far.

“God works in interesting ways,” Uys says. “Because of my condition, I have a greater compassion for people that struggle with similar things…I know that He is going to heal me, but there’s a process involved in it as well. And when I think back of the day that I got paralyzed 10 years ago, if I got healed on day one, I don’t think I would have had the same levels of compassion for people with physical disabilities and people needing healing.”

Uys pointed to the fact that God uses all kinds of situations in our lives to propel us into the ultimate calling that the Lord has for our lives.

“The more healings I see, the more my faith grows because I’ve seen too much. I’ve seen too much to not believe that God can do it,” Uys says.

One of these remarkable testimonies includes the one of a woman who was unable to have children and was about to go to a doctor’s appointment. When she went to her check-up, the miraculous had happened.

“There was this one lady that had, I think it is was a growth on her ovaries, and she was actually unable to have children. And they messaged into the ministry a day before she went for a check-up. And we just prayed for her over a voice note,” Uys recalls. “The next day, she went back and the doctor couldn’t find the tumors anywhere. So, it was completely gone. I never saw the woman; I’ve never seen her in my life. It was literally just over a voice note.”

Uys has even seen God take over the most impossible of scenarios, healing someone from stage 4 brain cancer. Seeing healings does sometimes make Uys ask God the question of why he hasn’t been healed yet. However, he can see that God knew exactly how he would respond to the car accident that left him in a wheelchair and how it would bring forth a ministry to others.

“I realized that maybe I was the perfect person to whom this should have happened,” Uys says. “[God] said, ‘Alwyn, because I made you and I know what is inside of you. And I know what I can do through you.’”

Sometimes the hardest thing we can do is trust God in the middle of storms and desolation. However, it is through times of pain and hardship that God can build us up into the men and women He desires us to become so that we may shine His light into the dark world around us.

“On Sunday night, my son and his wife were dropping off our precious granddaughter to spend a week with us. And we were saying goodbye out there on the driveway and as they were leaving, my wife looked up and said, ‘What is that?’” Jeff said.

Jeff said that as he and his family looked up in the sky, they saw a magnificent object that appeared to be flashing different colors in the sky.

“I looked up and we all saw this white, brilliant object that was flashing,” Jeff said.

Jeff said there were no strobe lights or commercial or federal aircrafts around. What they saw was unique and distinctive from either of those things.

“It started immediately zooming down toward us, from about 10,000 to I’d say about 7,000 feet, and that’s when I said, ‘In the name of Jesus Christ by the power of His name, stop.’ And it immediately stopped,” Jeff said.

Jeff claimed that he further told the UFO to stay in place by the name of Jesus until he went and got his phone to record it. He said that once he got his phone to record, he told the entity that it could then move again, to which it did so. The footage shows white, red and green blinking lights moving through the sky.

We know that the spiritual realm is real, and that the concept of UFOs are not simply what we’ve been led to believe they are by pop culture or the government. The Nephilim are real, fallen angels are real and the demonic will do whatever it can to try to frighten us. However, there is one name—the name above every other name—that is much greater. Jesus is greater than all other powers because He is the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End.

“Messiah’s anointing power is so great, Messiah is so great, it can’t come on just one person,” he continues. “[It’s] not going to come on one prophet or one apostle or one quote, ‘pope.’ It’s going to come on all His people who receive it.”

Because Jesus Himself is the anointed One, the Holy One of Israel, we as His followers have also been anointed by God. Jesus places His mantle on each of us, whether we feel adequate to carry out the calling He’s place on our lives or not. Just as God anoints and chooses all of those who follow Him by calling Him Lord, He also then gives individual tasks and assignments by His Holy Spirit.

“He died your death specifically that you would live His life specifically. You can only live His life by His specific anointing. So, it’s not just that He has an anointing for everybody; He has a specific anointing for you and your life,” Cahn says.

No matter what your background is, if you have chosen to follow Christ, God has a plan and a purpose to use you for the building up of His kingdom. All you have to do is say yes to that calling.

A tragic mass stabbing broke out at a Taylor Swift-themed dance class leaving three children dead.

The event took place in Southport, England where a 17-year-old suspect stabbed children at a community center taking the Taylor Swift-themed dance class.

As NBC reported, a six, seven and nine-year-old all died from the attack. Nine-year-old Alice Dasilva Aguiar died in the hospital following the fatal injuries.

Two other adults who tried to save the children are also in critical condition. Eight other children were stabbed, five of which are still in critical condition. Swift herself commented on the incident saying, “I’m just completely in shock,” according to USA TODAY.

This stabbing sparked outrage as protestors came out during a vigil held for the victims of the incident. It is believed that speculation around the suspect’s background and whether or not he was connected to Islam set the protests in motion.

Hollywood has weighed in on the controversy surrounding the opening ceremony of the Olympics.

Comedian Rob Schneider is one of the latest celebrities to stand up against the Olympics for the drag queen mockery of the Last Supper.

“I am sorry to say to ALL the world’s GREATEST ATHELETES, I wish you ALL THE BEST, but I cannot watch an Olympics that disrespects Christianity and openly celebrates Satan,” he posted on X.

Fitness expert Jillian Michaels, who is openly part of the LGBTQ community and has a female partner, also condemned the ceremony as an attack against Christians.

“We demand tolerance and respect but then make a mockery of something sacred for over 2 billion Christians. This type of hypocrisy and lack of understanding is a bad look…” Michaels wrote on X.

Christian celebrity Candace Cameron Bure also called the opening ceremony ‘disgusting.’ While some have said that the ceremony was meant to be a re-creation of a pagan Greek feast of Dionysus, Bure makes a point as to why this performance was unacceptable regardless of what it was intended to look like.

“Since posting, many have tried to correct me saying it wasn’t about an interpretation of DaVinci’s The Last Supper, but a Greek god and the festival of Dionysus; who is a god of lust, insanity, religious ecstasy, ritual madness, etc.” Bure wrote on Instagram. “I still don’t see how that relates to unifying the world through competitive sports and acceptable for children to watch. In any case, I’m not buying it.”

On the other hand, Bure’s former “Full House” co-star, Jodie Sweetin took to Instagram to post a couple of stories in defense of the opening ceremony.

“…Why is it a ‘parody’ and not a tribute? Can drag queens not be Christian too?” Sweetin wrote on Instagram, according to .

Sweetin is joined in company with First Lady Jill Biden, who praised the opening ceremony.

As the Christian Post reported, Biden described the Olympic ceremony by stating, “Every step of the way, I was thinking to myself, ‘Oh my God, oh my God, how are we going to top this, how are we going to top this’?”

This drastically differed from Donald Trump’s reaction as he told Fox News’ Laura Ingraham that the ceremony was a “disgrace.”

In a new reaction video, Isaiah Saldivar breaks down the footage of a police officer who killed Sonya Massey, uncovering the spiritual elements behind this tragedy.

Massey first called the police after being fearful of a potential prowler around the outside of her home. Eventually, the officers went inside her house where everything went wrong from there.

One of the first things that Saldivar points out is how everything started off cordially. Massey asked the officers if they could hand her the Bible in the living room, and they asked for her ID. Saldivar then points out something that many people have missed watching this footage.

“He points to the stove, you see there’s a pot on the stove of boiling water, she’s probably making noodles or something, who knows. He points and you can’t hear it because he mumbles and the subtitles are just auto subtitles and says ‘go check on the fire. Go get that, get that off the stove.’ So he tells her; she did not go get the pot,” Saldivar points out.

Saldivar further notes how Massey goes says that she is going to put the pot in the sink and the officer, Sean Grayson, starts laughing.

“He implies, ‘I’m going away from your hot, steaming water,’ implying that she’s going to throw it on him. She has no intentions of throwing it on him. She’s literally taking it to the sink not even looking at him,” Saldivar says.

After the officer’s implication that she would throw water on him, Massey then says “I rebuke you in the name of Jesus.” As Saldivar points out, the rebuke appears to be against the assumption that she would throw the water at Grayson.

Right after Massey’s rebuke, the officer starts cursing at her, telling her that she better not or else he would shoot her in the face.

Grayson did end up shooting Massey in the head. Saldivar discusses how Grayson’s treatment about the entire scenario after shooting her points to a demonic manifestation, including something that most people will not notice.

“From when he shoots her till going forward, he keeps clearing his throat,” Saldivar says. “In the spiritual realm you know when somebody’s manifesting a demon or demons start taking over them, they start scratching their throat. They start coughing up because that’s the demon right there in their throat….”

The casualness of the officer discussing getting his medical kit because he said there “wasn’t much” they could do to keep her alive and the degrading comments he makes about Massey as “crazy” are further pointed out by Saldivar as signs of a demonic manifestation.

“This was a demonic spirit,” Saldivar says. “This is why Jesus came and delivered people from the power of demons and gave his disciples authority to go and cast out demons.”

During this time of tragedy, pray for Sonya Massey’s family as they face this dark, unprecedented hour.

The Olympics has been filled with controversy surrounding Christianity this year, and it appears that these storms are not over yet.

A Brazilian surfer competing in this year’s Olympics, Joao Chianca, was reportedly forced to remove images of Jesus Christ on his surf board before the start of the games.

The X account, DiedSuddenly, posted the image of Chianca with his boards, which resembled Christ the Redeemer with the Brazilian flag in the background.

“The opening ceremony wasn’t the only anti-Christian message sent to the world by the Olympic committee,” the post reads. “Two weeks before the games, Brazilian surfer Joao Chianca was ordered to remove the image of Jesus Christ from his surfboard, or be barred from competing.”

It is noted in the post that Chianca shared the news in an Instagram story that has now been deleted.

“Chianca commented in a now deleted Instagram story that he was not authorized to have Jesus on his board because ‘Christ is a religious figure’ and ‘the games have strict rules and focus on total neutrality,'” the X post continued.

Chianca is still competing at the games. In a post on Instagram, Chianca posted a photo of him bowing his head and hands in the water.

This Olympic season has been filled with more discussions about Christianity and faith than anyone ever expected.
