Chris Reed’s new church, Jesus Revolution, recently launched, with believers flocking to the church to worship, hear messages and gain prophetic insight.

In his Oct. 20 message “I Won’t Back Down,” Reed discusses the person of Elijah and his battle against Jezebel and the false prophets of Baal, and how those with prophetic giftings can relate to him.

“These priests who led the Israelites astray in Baal worship were now dead at the hands of Elijah,” Reed says. “These were basically the state church. They were the priests or false prophets of Baal and Jezebel had believed in these priests so much she actually supported them from the were bought and paid for false ministry, propagating a false gospel. And Elijah finds himself greatly discouraged after one of the most momentous victories in all of the Bible.”

Reed makes the point that after God rained down fire from heaven, Elijah must have thought that this would’ve surely been the act to bring about revival. Little did Elijah know or realize that soon he would be on the run for his life.

“After the great victory of overcoming 850 to gets this little note from Jezebel that sent him into a depression that went on for days and weeks. See, it’s true, it’s like Elijah; when you are a prophetic, you are more of a feeler,” says Reed. “And so, you are more susceptible to depression and discouragement, and it can impact you more than it can impact a regular you’re prophetic, you feel more.”

Ultimately, we must stay determined even when we are facing a mountain, even when we see something terrifying in front of us.

“Determination in the face of fear is also a possibility. Determination in the face of fear is is also a choice that you can make and that you can choose. I won’t back down,” says Reed.

Is America’s spiritual reset on the horizon?

In a recent video by Perry Stone, Stone discussed the spiritual reset that America may need, especially when it comes to disagreements among differing denominations.

Stone points out that according to Pew Research, 7 in 10 people in the United States count themselves as spiritual, 22% of people do not categorize themselves as spiritual in any shape or form, while a total of 83% of Americans believe we each have a soul and a spirit. Even more, 81% believe in an afterlife.

This fascinating figures point out the potential of the gospel to have true impacts in our nation. With over 200 denominations of Christianity in America, it would appear to some degree that there is a fracturing in our nation, even though the harvest is plentiful.

Stone points out that while denominations in themselves are not wrong, they do tend to lead self-promotion of just the one particular denomination instead of uniting and promoting outside of that particular denominational lens.

“Jesus said in Matthew 24:14: ‘The gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world as a witness unto all the nations and then the end would come,'” Stone says. “So, in other words, there must come a transition from just trying to build a congregation to teaching and preaching the power of the Kingdom.”

“Jesus builds His church while men build their systems,” he continues. “Jesus protects the church while men protect their positions. Jesus loves the people while some men, I’m not saying all, it’s a few, seem to love their power. So, the power and the position and the protecting of the system means more than connecting with other groups, other denominations, independent people, interdependent people who depend on one absolutely have to get to the place where we start working together.”

Stone points out that the hostility among churches and church splits have caused Christians to avoid fellowship with the same people that we intend to spend our eternity with. It is this reason why Stone says the church is in dire need for a spiritual reset.

“Number one: God is going to clean up the church. Judgment must begin in the house of God,” says Stone. “Two, God is going to reveal kingdom principles to you.”

Stone contends that if we are to spend eternity with one another, then we must start acting and seeing the body of Christ as one.

Jack Hibbs recently took to X to give Christians a warning regarding the importance of voting in this year’s election.

Hibbs points out that we have each been given a voice to stand up for what is right, and in America, the way that we are to use our talents includes voting. This is how we as American citizens have the opportunity to stand up for the values we believe in. And as God’s people of faith, this is the way that we are to stand up for the biblical principles our nation is in desperate need of.

This is how we are proven to be obedient and faithful and a good steward over what he has placed before us in every area of life. To be obedient to the opportunity presented is how we show ourselves both faithful to God and at war with wickedness.

“As messy and as dirty as this year’s election is, I am grateful that God is using it to separate the wheat from the chaff, the Christian from the almost Christian,” Hibbs continues.

During this pivotal election time, Pastor Mike Signorelli of V1 Church is encouraging Christians to seek the Holy Spirit above all else.

“This is a war over identity,” Signorelli says. “And don’t be seduced by a party that will give you an identity, but not a salvation.”

Signorelli points out the importance of voting, and that we as Christians must seek the Scriptures to find what is the good and pleasing will of God and to cast our ballots in accordance to the truths we find in the Bible. Signorelli also says it is the principles in 1 Thessalonians 4:11-12 of living quiet lives, walking properly and being dependent on none other than God that we need to aspire toward.

“I asked the Lord, ‘What would the apostles of old say?'” Signorelli says of his time of prayer and fasting for this sermon in specific. “Because sometimes these pastors have selfish ambition. Sometimes, these pastors are doing things out of pride. Sometimes, these pastors are doing things with ulterior motives, and you can’t trust pastors now-a-days because pastors have their own ambitions…”

Signorelli further talked about one of the key tenants of Christian living that many people and pastors completely skip out on: the purpose of faithfulness.

“Kings and kingdoms will all pass away,” Signorelli says. “Long after the election, long after the riots, long after the fights, who’s going to be faithful?”

Signorelli points out that instead of waiting for the government to take care of the people, he’s going to step in and care for them as God has asked him to. It is not the government’s job to be the church; it is our job as the body of Christ to do His good work.

“People are going to vote a politician to do something that you were called to do with your life,” says Signorelli. “It’s about the dove. We are the answer. If you removed every righteous person from this nation, it would be destroyed in a are the reason God has withheld His hand of judgment upon this nation because you are here. So, it’s about faithfulness.”

Is Donald Trump related to the prophetic patterns of the end times?

Lockwood, who passed away in the early 1900s, could never have known about the boy who would someday be born as Baron Trump, the son of former president Donald Trump. Lockwood also could never have known that using the character name “Don” as a relative to Baron would have an even greater significance.

“There’s historical, credible evidence that these book was actually written in the 1890s, and there’s been mainstream media articles about this and now there’s videos that got millions and millions of views, so it’s a very intriguing series of books that Ingersoll Lockwood wrote,” Anderson says.

Starkey points out that not only are these books prophetic in themselves, but during this time when people are highly confused about the end times and what we can expect to happen, we see how many have fallen into a false belief that Trump is the Antichrist. However, we can look at Scripture and see how this isn’t the case.

“When I think about Trump, I like him, but he’s snappy,” Starkey says. “And when you think about the that they’re going to have a mouth of honey. Everybody that listens to them is going to want to be swayed to their way of thinking. When you think of Trump, it’s like a bull in a China cabinet.”

When the Antichrist comes, they will be incredibly liked by all, many drawn to them. This is quite opposite of Trump’s personality. However, as Starkey points out, this misunderstanding has much to do with improper teaching about the end times.

“It goes to show ya’ll how little people have actually been taught proper end time truth and prophecy from the book of Revelation,” Starkey says. She further points out that in every generation, there have been evil people that could have very well accepted that spirit to be the Antichrist. However, when all the end times events will occur, including the return of Christ, only the heavenly Father knows.

Anderson further notes that this year’s election is critical because we are at a crossroads between two different choices that will dramatically alter the face of the nation.

Have prophetic words spoken about Benjamin Netanyahu come to pass?

“I began to pray out, and I began to cry out on behalf of Benjamin Netanyahu, and I began to make that the big announcement that God showed me two years ago, and I put that down on record,” Z says. “What I believe with this is they want to take him out of the way so he doesn’t become a populist mover in his arena.”

At the time, Z then said he believed strongly that someone would try to end Netanyahu’s time on this earth. In July of 2022, Z then reiterated the unction stirring inside of him that Netanyahu would be back in the news.

“There’s a lot of people going through dark times,” says Ramirez. “And we are meant to go through some dark times. No one is exempt. The Bible says it rains on the just and the unjust. So, both parties, the unbeliever and the believer get the rain. The thing about us [is] that Jesus is on the boat with us.”

Ramirez uses the example of Olympic swimmer Michael Phelps’ training routine that he went through to prepare to swim in any circumstance.

“I share in the book [that] Michael Phelps was trained by his coach in such a unique way. He turned off the lights of the gym when he was swimming in the pool,” Ramirez says. “He trained him to swim in the dark, to swim in uncertain times, to swim when it was not easy.”

In this same way, the Lord wants to strengthen us so we can swim through the storms of life.

While many people are familiar with the concept that October is a time of the celebration of darkness, the reality of witches, warlocks and other co-laborers of the demonic is much greater than most of us perceive. “I saw a gigantic being come down from the second heaven, and he came down into the courtroom of heaven and took his hand and pounded it on a prosecuting attorney’s table. When he put his hand down on the table, it reverberated in this vision, and it went ‘boom.’ And I was like, ‘What is this, Lord?’ and He said, ‘this spirit has come down to bring judgment at the prosecuting attorney’s table against the body of Christ, bringing accusations against them so that he will have the legal right to assault them.'”

So, who was this spirit that Souza saw in her vision?

“He gave me the name Sanballat,” Souza says.

Just as Sanballat was an enemy against Nehemiah and the Israelites while they worked on the repairs of the walls in Jerusalem, so too this spirit wants to come against the people of God.

“The spirit is rising up to come back to try to stop us from rebuilding the defensive wall around our house, our business, our physical bodies, our finances, our children, our families, our marriages,” Souza says. “He’s trying to stop us from seeing the full manifestation of the promises of God by coming down and bringing accusations against us. That’s what Sanballat did.”

Therefore, just as Nehemiah took a stand against Sanballat, sticking to the purpose of rebuilding the wall, we as Christians must also take a stand against the forces of darkness, knowing who we are in Christ Jesus.

Is there a prophetic symbol behind Rosh Hashanah that points to what we can expect in the end times?

Cahn points out that when it comes to the Jewish holy days, we know what each of them in the springtime stand for, as they point to the death and resurrection of Christ. However, the fulfillment of the fall holidays is still yet to have happened.

“We don’t know the fulfillment yet, the first ones we do,” Cahn says. “We don’t know what’s coming exactly. We have an idea, that’s why it’s a mystery, but it’s just as much a part of our faith, a part of the Christian or Messianic faith as the first are.”

“The seventh month deals with judgment,” he continues. “That’s why they’re called the Days of Awe, or the Days of Teshuva, getting right with God, repenting.”

Cahn says the symbol of this time, the shofar, reminds us that God we all must repent and turn toward the Lord.

“The shofar is saying, ‘get right, wake up, get right with God,'” Cahn says. “Now, when you look at the book of Revelation, what do you find? Trumpets. It matches. Trumpets are linked to the end. And so, what happens when the trumpets are sounded in Revelation?

Well, first trumpet: hail, fire, thrown to the earth, burning a third of the trees. Second trumpet: A great mountain burning with fire plunges into the sea, a third of sea life destroyed. Third trumpet: wormwood comes to the earth, poisons the waters. Fourth trumpet: A third of the lights shining from the heavens stop, struck, darkness comes on the earth…”

While these trumpeting calls do not exactly sound like something we would think of when it comes to saying “happy New Year,” we know that the book of Revelation ultimately leads to victory.
