Confronting the ‘Witchcraft’ of BLM Leaders Stirred Up Some Demonic Responses

For several weeks now, we have been warning about the Jezebelic spirit behind the Black Lives Matter movement. Last week, we posted a video and an article documenting how Black Lives Matter leaders were literally calling on spirits of the dead (hat tip to Abe Hamilton at AFA), asking these spirits to rise up and empower Black Lives Matter’s actions. Talk about the kingdom of darkness!

This past Sunday night, I joined California pastor Rob McCoy to talk about a range of issues leading up to the elections, including the true nature of the Black Lives Matter movement. This caught the attention of Right Wing Watch (RWW), a radical left-wing organization, which posted a full report on its homepage with a link on its Facebook page.

No comments are allowed on the group’s homepage, but the comments on the Facebook page were quite revealing (‘s protocol prohibits linking to that page).

The Facebook caption read: “Anti-LGBTQ activist and author Michael Brown calls the Black Lives Matter movement ‘anti-Christ.’ He says four more years of Trump will give the church time to usher in revival and awakening.” (My actual words, which are quoted in the article on the Right Wing Watch homepage, were: “And four more years of Donald Trump’s not going to save America. At best, that’s a wedge in the door, where the church can really cry out to God, truly repent, truly engage in the Gospel, and usher in revival and awakening because that’s the hope of the nation.”)

But what followed next is what garnered the most attention. It was the header under the Facebook graphic, stating, “Michael Brown Says Black Lives Matter Calling Out Names of the Dead Is ‘Witchcraft.'” This is what stirred things up.

As of this writing, of the 103 comments posted on Facebook, only two of them questioned the Black Lives Matter practice, while others were quick to justify it, comparing it to prayers to Jesus (who, in their eyes, is dead), to Roman Catholic prayers to the saints or to calling out the names of those killed on 9/11.

Here are some of the more passionate posts:

—When you make a racist lose his mind like this ;… you know Black Lives Matter supporters are doing it right!

—”Great Caesar’s Ghost” he IS insane!

—So, fighting for equality is satanic now? If that’s the case then I’m a Satanist.

—These morons should have to work real jobs, not just make up hateful [expletive] to sell to lunatics.

—Another [expletive] nut case. Where do they come from?

—Have you ever noticed that it’s the most evil-minded bigots and cranks who call other people anti-Christ and witches? This guy’s a total nut job.

So, calling on the spirits of the dead is perfectly sane and rational. Exposing the practice is insane and irrational. All clear!

Others posted homosexual comments too crude to repeat, while others attacked Christian practices (including Roman Catholic practices):

—But calling on God, Jesus or the Saints, all of whom are dead or made up, to intercede on one’s behalf is religion! Got it.

—And talking to an invisible being in the sky and asking for favors is madness. So?

For others, it was time to bring up the infamous Salem Witch Trials, while other couldn’t resist some of their own witchcraft humor:

—I bet he misses Salem and the Witch Trials.

—Well a hex on him.

—[Expletive]. You. Mikey. Brown! That was a Satanic spell to get Mikey to [obscene remark]. Did it work?

—Seriously? Is this clown so ignorant that he actually believes in witches, or is just another grifter playing to suckers who are that ignorant?

—Funny how fast Christians went from “love thy neighbor as thy self” to “kill all the witches” in a fascist heartbeat. Amazing what power and money does.

—Holdovers from medieval times. These people are the modern equivalents of those who thought burning at the stake saved heretic souls.

Others needed to be even clearer with their threats:

—Yeah pal, keep it up and they will be calling your name.

—Time to bring the lions back to the collisium [sic] for a buffet.

Not surprisingly, the last comment, calling for the lions to kill and eat Christians, was one of the most liked. And not surprisingly, based on the caption and headline, the readers, already quite hostile to Christian conservatives, assumed I was a racist and a fascist, someone who wanted to “kill all the witches.” Isn’t it remarkable how people can get worked up into a frenzy based on misinformation?

But that happens every moment of every day online, with people from all backgrounds, both fundamentalist and atheist, right wing and left wing, getting worked up and manipulated by misleading headlines and quotes. What is revealing here is the complete support for Black Lives Matter leaders who call on spirits of the dead. That I dare brand this as “witchcraft”—by which I meant invoking demonic forces for empowerment—was the great sin in their eyes.

Can you see now why we have been emphasizing the spiritual nature of this battle? Can you see how deeply this really is part of Jezebel’s War with America? The hornets’ nest has been stirred. {eoa}

MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell Donates Book Proceeds to ‘The Return’

Mike Lindell, known to most Americans as the “MyPillow guy,” is donating the proceeds of his new book, What Are the Odds? From Crack Addict to CEO, to “The Return: National and Global Day of Prayer and Repentance.” Lindell wants to help deliver God’s message of hope to addicts and to raise support for the landmark revival gathering of “The Return” on Sept. 26.

As the founder and creator of MyPillow and an advisory board member of “The Return,” Lindell is sending a copy of his book to everyone who donates at least $25 to “The Return.”

“‘The Return’ is America’s moment to unite together in prayer asking God to forgive our nation of the sins we have all committed,” Lindell said. “Right now, in our country, we can ask for healing and forgiveness as we have the biggest opportunity in history: We have addiction. With addiction, the addicts and the addicts’ families are praying for their souls. They’re open to hope. And where is that hope? The hope is in Jesus. We encourage people to attend ‘The Return’ in person or online, but however people participate, prayer, repentance, hope and healing will be sought after that night, and we know the only one who can bring someone from rebellion to redemption, from repentance to reformation.”

Lindell is a living, breathing testimony to the redemptive power of God to turn him from a 20-year crack addict into a CEO with a net worth of $300 million. He wants other lost people to find their recovery through Christ as he did.

Like Lindell’s book, “The Return” is an invitation to all Americans to turn from sin back to God through prayer and repentance. Thousands of pastors, congregations and individuals will attend the “The Return” landmark gathering at the National Mall on Sept. 26.

As a thank-you gift, Lindell is sending donors of “The Return” copies of his book, and donors are still able to deduct most of their donation for tax purposes. To make a donation and receive Mike Lindell’s book, What Are the Odds? From Crack Addict to CEO, visit

Donations will benefit the Lindell Recovery Network and “The Return,” which have partnered together to help the addicted and the lost, and to bring America back to God. Supporters may also hear a special phone message by calling **PRAY, or **7729.

BLM Founders Support Marxism, Convicted Cop-Killer; Receive Terrorist-Connected Funding

Protests continued in Rochester, New York, last night over the death of Daniel Prude, despite the police chief’s announcement Wednesday that he and other leaders from his team are resigning.

Backed by Black Lives Matter, the demonstrators are now calling for the mayor’s resignation and defunding the police.

Given the tactics and growing destruction of ongoing protests, critics are raising questions about the goals of the organization behind the movement.

As CBN News and other outlets have reported, the three founders of Black Lives Matter identify themselves as Marxists.

And one of them, Alicia Garza, says her inspiration comes from a domestic terrorist named Joanne Chesimard, also known as Assata Shakur, who was convicted of murdering a New Jersey state trooper, “execution-style”.

The FBI Most Wanted list says, “Chesimard and her accomplices opened fire on the troopers. One trooper was wounded and the other was shot and killed execution-style at point-blank range.”

Meanwhile, the Washington Examiner reports that Black Lives Matter funding is funneled through the left-wing group called Thousand Currents, which includes a convicted terrorist named Susan Rosenberg on its board of directors. Rosenberg was pardoned by President Bill Clinton.

How 2020 Has Become a Toxic Season of the Soul

Riots.

Violence.

Pandemic.

Lockdowns.

National election.

Social media has been distressing to my spirit this year. Really, all media has been, including the few sources that might be considered trustworthy. I’ll be the first to admit it’s easy to dive into debates at a soul level, arguing logic that seems so obvious while being legitimately confused at how anybody else just cannot see it the same way.

Everything from masks to President Trump to racism has polarized our nation. The damage left in the wake of the raging debates has been devastating. More concerning, the church has been caught up in the exact same soul-level social battles.

When our soul leads the way in our debates and decisions, the results can be quite toxic. We’ve seen fear and division overcome the people of the “home of the brave.” Arrogance has been masquerading as authority and recklessness as freedom.

The soul is the center of emotions and logic, and without the anointing of the Holy Spirit, arguments initiated from that level are not to be trusted. Powerful emotions with the help of seemingly obvious logic will convince people they are functioning from a place of wisdom when in truth they are reacting in fear. Faith is eliminated from the equation. Wisdom (fear) trumps faith when we don’t live, breathe, pray and walk in the Spirit.

“Since we live by the Spirit, let us keep in step with the Spirit. Let us not become conceited, provoking and envying each other” (Gal. 5:25-26, NIV).

Division Is Not Always Negative

“Do not suppose that I have come to bring peace to the earth. I did not come to bring peace, but a sword. For I have come to turn ‘a man against his father, a daughter against her mother, a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law– 36 a man’s enemies will be the members of his own household'” (Matt. 10:34-36).

The true church will always introduce division simply because of the topics we are promoting. There is an agenda. Jesus made it clear that ecumenical unity wasn’t his goal. World peace wasn’t the focus.

We can expect division when the gospel is preached. When revival hits, people will be split like the Red Sea, with many running to the altar and many running out the back door.

Many pastors today are attempting to avoid the very necessary schisms that clearly define the remnant and the pretenders. Truth rightly presented demands decisions. In the end the final judgment will bring the greatest division of all, separating the sheep and the goats for all humanity to see.

Many Christians have attempted to apply this principle of biblical division to their own humanistic stubborn opinions. They celebrate as their pet positions cause others to get riled up and split off. They feel spiritual, but this is soul-level activity, and it is grieving to the Lord.

“And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, with whom you were sealed for the day of redemption. Get rid of all bitterness, rage and anger, brawling and slander, along with every form of malice. Be kind and compassionate to one another” (Eph. 4:30-32a).

Preach the Word of God, and you can often expect division.

Preach masks, politics, the Constitution and on the racial issues of the day? We as Spirit-filled, blood-bought children of the King should speak with great love and grace. Is there ever a time to strike against wicked arguments with force and precision? Absolutely. But not from our soul. This type of engagement must be led fully by the Spirit.

What Is God Saying?

Church, it’s time to come up higher. In this toxic season of politics, sickness, murder and distress, we need to resist the urge to function from our soul. It’s time to minister from our spirits.

We’ve heard all of the arguments about masks, both pro and con. We know all of the reasons people are going to vote for Trump or Biden. People are dogmatic about taking a knee or not. The memes and GIFS (Graphic Interchange Format, a compression file format for images) and posts and rants about all of these volatile issues and others have become predictable—and nauseating.

Where are those who have emerged from their closets of intercession, those who have a clear word from the Lord? Where is the tangible anointing that pierces through arguments? In this critical, historic hour, where are the true prophets?

Understand, this doesn’t mean we can’t discuss issues at a logical level. I’m not even saying the soul (emotions and logic) should be minimized. God gave us a soul, and He will certainly cause us to speak intelligently and even passionately on secular matters, with wisdom, love and clarity. Debates and discussions can be beneficial. The critical call, however, for every Christian, is to do so with the mind of Christ.

The greater the activity of the Holy Spirit in our lives, the more impacting our words will be. I would challenge you to disengage from the madness that has bewitched so much of the world and the church. Pull back. Stop functioning mostly from your soul. Don’t get so excited about your logic. Be teachable. Die to your own opinions. Speak truth under the anointing of the Holy Spirit, and people will be absolutely confounded.

When the truth you speak causes both people and demons to react, you know you’ve moved from soul-level arguments to Spirit-driven, authoritative declarations:

“They were astonished at His teaching, for He taught them as one having authority, and not as the scribes. In their synagogue there was a man with an unclean spirit. And he cried out, “Leave us alone! What do You have to do with us, Jesus of Nazareth? Have You come to destroy us? I know who You are, the Holy One of God.”

Jesus rebuked him, saying, “Be silent and come out of him!” When the unclean spirit had convulsed him and cried out with a loud voice, it came out of him.

They were all amazed, so that they questioned among themselves, “What is this? What new teaching is this? With authority He commands even the unclean spirits, and they obey Him.” Immediately His fame spread everywhere throughout the region surrounding Galilee (Mark 1:22-28, MEV).

Take a Break

As I said above, it’s easy to get sucked into the soul-level debates of the day. And, as I said, not all of these debates are unhealthy. However, a whole bunch of them are.

They can distract those who are supposed to be functioning in the realm of the Spirit and cause us to fight in the flesh. If your revelations on the matters of the day aren’t burning with anointing, take a break. If you aren’t having dreams and visions about how to address the madness of this hour, take a break.

Seriously. Resist the urge and stop posting to Facebook. I’m not talking about the infamous month-long breaks from social media that people regularly announce. Those folks are back and active usually in less than 24 hours.

I’m talking about going deeper in God than you ever have. See the futility of your arguments. Humble yourself. Finally understand that nobody needs to hear what your soul has to say. Find your prayer closet and discover what God is yearning to reveal to our nation.

The whole world will want to hear what you have to say then. {eoa}

20 Contrasts Between a Victim and a Victorious Mindset

I have lived in New York City for over six decades and have observed many kinds of people: those with a victim mentality and those with a victor mentality. In this article, I will examine some traits that are distinct to each group.

Those with the victim mindset interpret the world in a completely different way than those with the victor mindset. People with a victim mindset view an obstacle as an unfair challenge, while the latter view obstacles as an opportunity to overcome. It is obvious to most that in American politics, candidates often attempt to appeal to these groups. To those with a victim mindset, they pledge to intervene in their challenges. To those with a victor’s mindset, they promise to provide opportunities with limited government intervention.

How you identify yourself internally (as either a victim or victor) should have nothing to do with your skin color or the community in which you were raised. Many will argue that personality, temperament, psychological upbringing, emotional abuse and so on can often contribute to having a victim mentality. However, many point to highly accomplished leaders, such as Booker T. Washington, George Washington Carver, Martin Luther King Jr., Jesse Owens, Jackie Robinson, Walter Williams and Thomas Sowell as examples of those who overcame enormous challenges such as racism and poverty. On the other hand, I have witnessed many who, despite being brought up in affluence, felt prey to a victim mentality, became self-loathing, defeatist and ended up a failure.

I’ll use my background to further illustrate this point. I was brought up in a small apartment in a lower middle-class white neighborhood. When my friends discovered I was part Hispanic, they started making fun of me. However, instead of hiding in a corner, I aggressively returned the favor, making fun of them and putting them in their place. They never touched the subject again. Why did I respond this way? Because I had within me an intrinsic sense of self-worth that transcended any insults that others threw at me.

As Christians, we are called to walk with an internal understanding that we are more than conquerors in Christ Jesus (Rom. 8:37).

Believers must never entertain a victim mindset. The world is full of people captivated by this mindset, which has resulted in millions of people becoming enslaved, and unable to fulfill their God-given potential.

One of the most important things that my wife, Joyce, and I have instilled in each of our five biological children is that they are victors, not victims! We taught them that everybody will have life challenges, but this is no excuse to cower in a corner and feel sorry for yourself. We also taught our children that as they got older, nobody else could truly help them if they didn’t help themselves.

We taught our children to be the head and not the tail, to be above and not beneath, to use their creativity to become entrepreneurial and leaders, and not followers of groupthink (Deut. 28:10-13).

Millions are caught up in a victim mentality because they are ignorantly following the groupthink of their peers, the media, their political party and their culture. Many believers in Christ have been caught up in the world’s mind games that pit one group against the other: the “haves” against the “have not’s”.

For example, the Marxists, far-left liberals and socialists (as presently embodied in many politicians, community leaders and media personalities), play on the victim spirit. They engage in class warfare and make a living by painting whole groups of people as victims in order to get elected. They want to be seen as those who parachute to the rescue of those with a victim mindset. They disempower specific segments of the population with their rhetoric in order to be seen as the heroes, ensuring that they remain in the spotlight. Consequently, if the victim mindset were not prevalent, thousands of politicians and activists would be out of a job!

This is not to say that I believe there is no racism, injustice, economic or political disparities, but, despite these factors, we need to focus on teaching people that they can be empowered to excel in any environment with God’s help.

The following contrasts are meant to help you understand which camp you are in. If you are in the victim mindset camp, God wants to change your paradigm and transition you to the victorious mindset.

—Contrasting the victim and victorious mindset (for the sake of time, I will not use the word “mindset”):

—The victim believes the whole world is against them. The victor believes the whole world needs them.

—The victim sees a challenge as an obstacle. The victor considers the obstacle to be an opportunity.

—The victim blames others for their failure. The victor takes personal responsibility for success or failure.

—The victim depends on handouts from others to succeed. The victor makes do with what they already have to succeed.

—The victim is never satisfied and is always looking for something more. The victor is grateful for what they already have and build upon that to succeed in life.

—The victim feels like everybody owes them something. The victor believes nobody owes them anything.

—The victim lives off other people. The victor lives to bless other people.

—The victim will end his days bitterly. The victor will end his days satisfied.

—The victim only sees closed doors. The victor only sees open doors.

—The victim spreads a negative attitude to others. The victor spreads a positive attitude.

—The victim is pessimistic. The victor is optimistic.

—The victim gives up quickly if they fail. The victor doesn’t quit until they succeed.

—The victim has few real friends. The victor empowers and makes many friends.

—The victim repels people. The victor attracts people.

—The victim is always fighting for “their rights.” The victor lives to champion the rights of others.

—The victim has a critical spirit and is judgmental of others. The victor blesses others.

—The victim imagines people are against him. The victor envisions the people that are for him.

—The victim plays on the emotions of others. The victor releases the passion of others.

—The victim uses people for what they can get from them. The victor is a catalyst who maximizes the potential of others.

—The victim has faith in evil to make things worse. The victor has faith in God to make things better. {eoa}

Comedian Trevor Noah: Gender Reveal Parties Are ‘Very Outdated’

Trevor Noah, host of Comedy Central’s The Daily Show, is calling out gender reveal parties for being “very outdated,” arguing children’s sexes shouldn’t be celebrated until they are old enough “to know their actual gender.”

The comedian shared his anti-scientific thoughts after it was reported that a “smoke-generating pyrotechnic device” used during a gender reveal party in San Bernardino County, California, sparked a wildfire over the weekend.

“Aside from all the damage it can cause, celebrating a baby’s genitalia is starting to feel very outdated,” said Noah. “Like, given everything we’re learning about gender, gender reveal parties should only happen when the child is old enough to know their actual gender.”

Why Abrahamic Accord May Bring US a Third Great Awakening

I’m on my way to the White House for the signing of the Abrahamic Accord between the UAE and Israel. This normalization of relations between Israel and its Middle East neighbor through the American diplomacy of President Donald Trump and his team serves as a truly historic development. Yet there may be more good news ahead—a Great Awakening that will revive both America and the world.

Two historical examples offer insight into this intriguing connection between America’s support of Israel and revival. In 1948, Israel became a nation once again after 1,900 years. While many have acknowledged the miraculous nature of this event, one of the key supporters of Israel’s rebirth was the United States.

What was taking place in America spiritually at this time? Author Patrick Morley notes the sweeping spiritual awakening that spread across the country:

It was at this time that a great generation of Christian leaders emerged. Bill Bright began Campus Crusade for Christ. In 1949, Billy Graham’s distinguished career, which popularized evangelical Christianity for a new generation, exploded on the scene during his Los Angeles crusade sponsored by the Christian Businessmen’s Committee. An estimated 180,000,000 people attended his nearly 400 crusades, and millions more viewed on television.

A second significant event occurred in 1967. Between June 5-10, the Six-Day War broke out, leading to a surprising victory by Israel’s military. They defeated Egyptian, Syrian and Jordanian forces, expanding Israel’s territory to include the Sinai Peninsula, the Gaza Strip, the Golan Heights and the West Bank.

Of great importance, the aftermath of the Six-Day War allowed Jews the opportunity to visit the Old City of Jerusalem and pray at the Western Wall. 1967 also marked the beginning of a growing Jewish diaspora, with a wave of Jews making aliyah to Israel from around the world.

Though the U.S. was deeply entangled in the Vietnam War in 1967, America remained an ally to Israel during this controversial time. Of great importance, the United States was involved in the U.N. Security Council Resolution 242 to help provide peace for Israel and the Middle East.

Around this same time, the Jesus Movement of the late 1960s arose in the United States. With a large outbreak of revival in Southern California, these “Jesus People” began sharing their faith across the nation.

By 1972, the event Explo ’72, held by Campus Crusade for Christ in Dallas, Texas, gathered 80,000 high school and college students from 75 nations for a time of evangelism training. The event’s final concert included more than 100,000 estimated attendees, becoming known as the “Christian Woodstock.”

Today another shift is taking place with Israel and its neighbors in the Middle East. With the Abrahamic Accord, Israel and the UAE have formed a peace agreement unprecedented in our generation. While commentators have focused on the political aspects of this agreement, there may be a spiritual aspect to consider as well.

In my book A Great Awakening Is Coming, I investigated America’s past awakenings and the events prior to each one. The conclusion? Our nation is ripe for a third Great Awakening. It’s coming! The Abrahamic Accord was not even in existence when my book was published, yet it fits nicely with the direction of world events and global spiritual awakening.

America’s evangelicals often refer to 2 Chronicles 7:14: “If My people, who are called by My name, will humble themselves and pray, and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and will heal their land.” The original context for this prayer was God speaking to King Solomon and the nation of Israel.

As many in Israel, along with the 73 million members of our Jerusalem Prayer Team, join in prayer for the peace of Jerusalem and blessings upon Israel, God is answering. We may yet see more nations follow the lead of the UAE and expanding the Abrahamic Accord. Two years ago, I predicted five or six nations may make a similar agreement in the near future.

When we see nations in the Middle East making peace with Israel, America is quick to lend its support. As we do, we’ll experience more than an Abrahamic Accord. Our nation will receive something only God, and no government, can provide—a Great Awakening. {eoa}

He is the founder of Friends of Zion Museum in Jerusalem of which the late President Shimon Peres, Israel’s ninth president, was the chair. How God Can Use Great Loss to Strengthen Your Faith

On this episode of The Power of Intimacy with Christ on the Charisma Podcast Network, Dr. Sharon Mancha interviews two women who have lost a child to violent deaths. These powerful women of God share their faith in God. This interview and conversation is heart-wrenching but empowering on how to survive the unimaginable. You will take away nuggets for surviving the loss of a child.

Mancha shares her own personal loss of a brother while interviewing her mother in her journey of healing from the loss of a son. The prophetess has been through difficult seasons that have informed her understanding of the importance to hold on to your faith in God.

Mancha has been tried in the fire and learned that yielding to God’s voice is essential to following God’s plan for your life. She proclaims that when we lean on God and find safety in intimacy with Him, there is healing and restoration for our lives.

“I know that relationship with God empowers the whole life and provides a solid foundation for understanding and successfully engaging the world around us,” Mancha says. She sees that relationship with God is necessary to experiencing ultimate joy and that out of this relationship flow all the resources for living a happy life (John 15:5).

An open and intentional effort to discern God’s voice leads to the abundant life in God.

End-Times Expert: God Says Repent or Face Judgment

End-times expert Michael Snyder hears it all the time—from believers and nonbelievers alike. The natural disasters that have taken place in 2020—hurricanes, tornadoes, wildfires that have destroyed not only agricultural crops but parts of entire cities—are the result of just plain coincidence.

However, considering the biblical prophecies that have been made in previous years from many respected prophetic voices, Snyder doesn’t buy that explanation.

Snyder has written a new book called Lost Prophecies of the Future of America, and in it, he reveals how these prophecies have become remarkably consistent and that some have already come to pass. But, he warns, the perfect storm will continue to unfold until our nation repents and comes back to God.

“We’ve been warned that this was coming,” Snyder told Dr. Steve Greene on a recent episode of Greenelines on the Charisma Podcast Network. “The prophetic voices warned us that we were headed into a time of trouble, and they warned about pandemics and economic collapse.

“They warned us about natural disasters; they warned us about civil unrest and all of these other things. And now, kind of in the time frame that people have been anticipating all these things, they are starting to happen. The good news is that we haven’t seen very high levels yet. The wildfires in California are horrific, but people can get out of the way of a wildfire, so not a lot of people are dying.

“Whether it’s the 10 plagues or other things in the Bible, God brings a pattern of judgment. At first, the death toll isn’t that high because ultimately, the purpose of all these judgments are wake-up calls, or whatever you want to call them [is that] God is trying to wake up a nation. He says, ‘Wake up, wake up, turn back to Me.’ The purposes of all of this is warnings, and then the warnings are over and the judgment comes, because God is trying to call people back to Himself. That’s what He’s been trying to do all along, to call wayward nations to come to Him and follow Him.”
