What’s Really Going on Behind NFL National Anthem Protests

My parents immigrated to America in 1966 when I was just 7 years of age. One of the reasons my father told me he moved here was for my brother and I to have a better opportunity and future. This is just one reason why I love my country.

I have always stood for the National Anthem. I love what our flag represents. I honor those who have fought for our nation’s freedom. I am a proud American.

The protest of some of our NFL athletes has nothing to do with racism. It is not a black-and-white issue. That is only a smokescreen for another part of the leftist agenda. There are many black people across our nation that feel the same way about America that I and so many others do. They are true patriots and love what our nation was founded on and represents.

There are many millions of people who love our nation’s history and monuments and are disgusted by the display of hatred for our flag and nation and the protest and removal of our historic structures. To the celebrities and star athletes who are making millions of dollars playing a game, listen to me clearly:

You are biting the hand that feeds you. It is without argument that you would not be where you are if you did not live in this nation. This sense of entitlement that makes you think you have to speak out and protest against the nation that gave you the very luxury and privilege you now enjoy is a true depiction of an arrogant and ungrateful spirit, which is a stench in the nostrils of those who’ve fought for your freedoms. This leads me to a second point.

You received the opportunity to make millions of dollars playing a game you love because you live in a great nation. To you NFLer’s who continue to show your protest during our National Anthem, were it not for the free market system of the United States of America, you would not be a millionaire and enjoy a life of extravagant living that 99 percent of the world does not enjoy. If it were not for this great nation you would not live in a mansion or drive a Lamborghini. You would not be staying in five-star hotels, flying first class, or partying at expensive nightclubs and eating exquisite meals.

It is because of this wonderful nation called America that millions upon millions of people have received more opportunity, more hope, and more prosperity than any other nation in history has been able to give. You have a right to protest but not at your employer’s burden and expense. Do it on your time and dime. You are ruining the game of football that many fans enjoy. You have blemished the sport.

The problem is that these athletes have been caught up in leftist politics who have an agenda to take down our nation in favor of a future globalist government. You are what Karl Marx referred to as “useful idiots”.

Karl Marx described “useful idiots” as those who carry the Marxist ideals throughout a society or country itself, but this term can apply to anyone who believes in useless political ideals. Many young college students are bought and sold by liberal/socialist ideals—as if no-gun laws will actually stop crime in its tracks, as if heavy government control in our lives is a good thing, and universal healthcare will solve all issues. Wake up. You have been kidnapped by Marxist ideoligists and made into a useful idiot.

That is what this young generation is being fed. They can be considered useful idiots because other countries around the world have proven these leftist ideas terribly wrong, yet they still blindly follow their leaders who peddle this propaganda. Useful idiots believe they are fighting for “good” causes, but do not have the ability to think for themselves. It is actually another form of slavery. If they would actually sit and think things through for a few minutes, they would realize how nonsensical and idiotic these ideas really are.

One black veteran called these athlete protesters traitors as he observed that the players from the Baltimore Ravens and Jacksonville Jaguar players stood for the British national anthem in London but won’t stand for ours. He stated that it was the same principle as going over to your neighbor’s house and criticizing your house and your parents and their values to your neighbors’ face. Traitors!

Finally, if you don’t honor and respect this nation, go relocate to another nation. As a matter of fact, go to some poverty-stricken nation like Ethiopia where many people’s goal is to just eat a morsel of bread or a small scoop of rice every day and see how you fare over there. You are a useful idiot to the leftist agenda that has been shoved down your throat. You have swallowed a big fat lie.

Finally, there are millions of fans who will not support millionaire ingrates who hate America and dishonor our Armed Forces and Veterans. Who wins a football game has zero effect on our lives, but who fights and defends our freedoms has great impact on our lives. We stand with heroes, not a bunch of rich, entitled, arrogant, anti-American degenerates.

How Paula White And Her Army of ‘Silent Soldiers’ Have Mobilized to Be the Hands, Feet of Jesus

Minister Paula White-Cain’s New Destiny Christian Center mobilized resources long before Hurricane Maria formed in the Atlantic.

The eye of Hurricane Irma passed over her church, New Destiny Christian Center, in Apopka, Florida. But it didn’t matter. White and an army of anonymous volunteers she and her team have dubbed “Silent Soldiers” are actively collecting, transporting and distributing food to Hurricane Maria victims in Puerto Rico.

“This is a unique position we find ourselves in,” White tells Charisma News. “We’re working with Samaritan’s Purse, those who want to be known, private sectors and great ministries who understand that this is what the church does best.”

After Irma, NDCC collected 250,000 pounds of supplies to distribute to the community. They hit the streets to clean up, minister and serve. Now, they want to to the same with Puerto Rico.

NDCC along with Paula White Ministries is working with other ministries to aid the devastated island.

“We’re working in collaboration with other ministries to bring the hands and feet of Jesus to the hurting people in Puerto Rico,” Todd Lamphere, who works with White, tells Charisma News. “We have connected with organizations like Convoy of Hope, Sammy Rodriguez,  and others who are already on the ground helping them with hubs and distribution sites. We’re working with Fuente Church, Wanda Rolon [and] the Pentecostal Church of God International Movement, which has 540 churches in organization on the island. When you take a look at relief efforts, there are three phases: supply, transportation [and] distribution.”

Lamphere spoke to Charisma News in the airport waiting to board a plane to Puerto Rico.

White-Cain says she has also worked directly with the White House to gather aid for Maria victims.

“I focus on the areas where I really am what I say called to do, work in the lane I have worked daily with the White House on relief efforts in Puerto Rico,” White-Cain tells CN. “[I am told by Puerto Rican officials] how wonderful our government, our military, our national guard is, that they’ve all taken initiatives, and with [President Donald Trump’s] faith advisers, I’ve spearheaded the efforts. There’s always very important vital issues, and our focus is on bringing immediate relief and help and aid to people who need it. I can speak to the area of working with the White House down through FEMA to Homeland Security on down making sure we are coordinating and getting the help that is needed.”

Though White serves on Trump’s faith advisory committee, she says disasters like Maria prove humanity comes before politics.

“Everyone is working together,” White-Cain says. “When it comes to what I know, one thing I know is about our president and one thing I know is about ministries. In times like these, this is non-partisan, not political. This is the church and what it does best. That to me has always [been] my lane that I serve in. I can facilitate. When it comes to helping people out of trauma and making a call to the White House, you can do that because you have a seat there. Really, thank God for incredible ministries, incredible humanitarian efforts, businesses, organizations, governments. No one is going into this asking if you’re a Democrat or a Republican. This is a human need.”

Though they are connecting with other organizations, White-Cain says NDCC and Paula White Ministries have functioned as a nucleus in collecting donations for the disaster relief. Her team has worked 20-hour days coordinating logistics from supplies to volunteers to planes, she says. Their goal is to find more cargo planes that can bring in more supplies. Once on the island, they are working with local churches to distribute.

“That is the beauty of the body of Christ coming together in a time of need, no partisanship,” Lamphere says. “It’s God’s people doing God’s work God’s way. That is unity.”

If you would like to help, consider these options:

  • Give a donation to help the effort in Puerto Rico through Convoy of Hope
  • Give towards Convoy of Hope supply drive by emailing Jnene@
  • Give to Samaritan’s Purse here.

A Prophetic Word for the Expectant Ones: We Are Entering a Season of Miracles!

Pure excitement! When I pray I feel like the Lord is about to release a season of miracles over the body of Christ like we have not seen in a long time. I have never experienced more miracles, signs and wonders manifested in my life. In this season, whenever I pray for someone, I have an expectancy that I’ve never had before. We are seeing miracles break out in church services, on the streets, in restaurants, in stores, over the phone & through people watching videos.

We must remember this Scripture. Luke 10:19 says, “Look, I give you authority.” So let me ask you a question: what are you doing with the authority God has given you? We have access to the power of God through the authority that Jesus has given to us. However, we still have family members, friends, coworkers and even strangers who are walking around bound physically, spiritually, financially and emotionally. What are we doing with the authority God has given to us?

Matthew 8:2-3 says, “And then a leper came and worshipped Him, saying, ‘Lord, if You are willing, You can make me clean.’ Jesus reached out His hand and touched him, saying, ‘I will. Be clean.’ And immediately his leprosy was cleansed.” Jesus states in this Scripture that He is willing. We need to be so in tune with the Holy Spirit that, in our everyday lives, the Spirit can point us in a certain direction to pray for certain people and expect an immediate result to our prayers. This is the season when we are going to see miracles manifested like never before. I feel the Lord is saying, “What you are experiencing right now is only the beginning of something even greater.”

We must remember the words that Jesus spoke in Mark 10:27: “With men it is impossible, but not with God. For with God all things are possible.” I don’t care how bad the situation looks or how long someone has been in a circumstance—the Word says all things are possible with God. In Luke 18:27, Jesus said, “What is impossible with men is possible with God.” We can never allow our hope to be in man or the things man can do. What the world needs in this hour can only be accomplished by the power of God. We have been delegated authority to call forth miracles in this hour. In Mark 9:23, Jesus says, “If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes.” When the believers start to believe and walk in the authority God has given them, we will see people give their lives to the Lord because God will turn their impossible situations around for His glory.

Jeremiah 32:27 says, “I am the Lord, the God of all flesh. Is anything too hard for Me?” Never allow yourself to judge a situation and say it’s too hard for the hand of God. The Word clearly states nothing is too hard for God.

I love the story of the woman in Matthew 9. People refer to her as the woman who had the flow of blood, but Jesus referred to her as daughter. Many people label others and identify them by their greatest weakness, failure or infirmity. The Lord has two types of people: sons and daughters. When you can see people through the eyes of Jesus and realize every person is a son or daughter of God, you will view them in a different way. Matthew 9:20-22 says, “Then a woman, who was ill with a flow of blood for twelve years, came behind Him and touched the hem of His garment. For she said within herself, ‘If I may just touch His garment, I shall be healed.’ But Jesus turned around, and when He saw her, He said, ‘Daughter, be of good comfort. Your faith has made you well.’ And the woman was made well instantly.”

Authority means delegated power. The Lord gave us delegated power and authority because God wants us to walk in and manifest His miracle-working power in the earth. John 14:12-14 says, “Truly, truly I say to you, he who believes in Me will do the works that I do also. And he will do greater works than these, because I am going to My Father. I will do whatever you ask in My name, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you ask anything in My name, I will do it.” People marveled at the life of Jesus. People were amazed by His teachings and the miracles He performed. Jesus told us that He was going to be at the right hand of the Father and God would send the Holy Spirit down to walk with us and dwell with us. Jesus is at the right hand of the Father interceding for you and I today. When we learn how to tap in to what Heaven is saying and agree with the intercession of Jesus, we will see miracles at a whole new level!

Jesus said, “Truly I say to you, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven. Again I say to you, that if two of you agree on earth about anything they ask, it will be done for them by My Father who is in heaven. For where two or three are assembled in My name, there I am in their midst” (Matthew 18:18-20). This Scripture shows we have authority to speak on behalf of Heaven and change things in the natural realm. When you declare something, you are calling something forth.

We must have faith to believe what Ephesians 1:19-20 says. I love this scripture in the Passion Translation. It says, “My prayer for you is that every moment you will experience the measureless power of God made available to you through faith. Then your lives will be an advertisement of the immense power as it works through you. This is the explosive and mighty resurrection power that was released when God raised Christ from the dead and exalted him to the place of highest honor and supreme authority in the heavenly realm.” Paul was saying here that God wants us to experience the measureless power of the Spirit working through us when we exercise our faith and use the authority that God has given us. God designed for us to flow in miracles and experience the limitless, measureless power that He has made available to us.

The same power that raised Christ from the dead is in us to perform miracles. We have the authority to call forth physical miracles, spiritual breakthroughs, restoration of marriages, prodigals returning home and mental and emotional healing. This explosive power is available to us when we exercise our faith and use the authority God has given us.

Ephesians 6:10 in the Passion Translation says, “Now finally, my beloved ones, be supernaturally infused with strength through your life-union with the Lord Jesus. Stand victorious with the force of his explosive power flowing in and through you.” When we stand on the foundation of Jesus as our strength, authority and power, we start to see that explosive power begin to manifest in our personal lives. Then it starts to overflow out onto every person that we come in contact with. We will start to shift and change atmospheres as this explosive power flows in and through us. My prayer for you today, my friends, is that you will understand that you are a son or daughter of the Most High God and He has given you authority to walk in the explosive power of His Spirit. Remember Luke 10:19 says, “Look, I give you authority.” Friends, go use the authority the Lord has given you to change the world around you. This is a season of miracles! {eoa}

Signs of Revelation: Is Jesus About to Break the Last Seal?

This week Cepheus (The Crowned King) will reach its highest point in the Northern sky in the early evening hours.

Cepheus is one of the constellations associated with the Zodiacal constellation Pisces (The Fish), which represents the Church Age. The two fish, an early symbol of the Church, represent the Jewish and Christian believers who joined together to form the Church. The other constellation associated with Pisces, Andromeda (The Chained Woman), represents the suffering of the Jews who rejected Christ. Exactly 40 years on the Jewish calendar after Christ was crucified (Luke 21:32), the Romans surrounded Jerusalem and it was destroyed (Luke 21:20).

Cepheus shows us what Christ is doing during the Church Age. For, as He Himself said, He is sitting at the right hand of God in Heaven, and has been placed in the highest place as ruler of Heaven and Earth (Phil. 2:9-11). The star name Alphirk, the Redeemer, reminds us that Christ has redeemed us by his blood. The star name Alderamin, Coming Quickly, reminds us that after He was taken up to Heaven on the Mount of Olives the angels promised that He would return suddenly (Acts 1:11). And the Star name Alrai, “Who Breaks,” reminds us that Christ is the one was broke open the way (Mark 2:13) and breaks the seven seals in Revelation 5.

Interestingly, the first four of the seven seals, popularly known as the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse, appear to be based celestial models. The white horse is Sagittarius, the symbol of Christ’s coming, but the horseman is a false Christ representing the False Messiah God-King claims of the Roman Emperors who persecuted the Church. The red horse is a false Centaurus, representing the false religion of Islam and its persecution of the Church. The scales of the black horse, Libra, are reminiscent of the scales of the atheistic French Revolution and represent persecution of the Church by secularism. Finally, the pale horse is a false Pegasus, carrying New Age spiritualism instead of the Holy Spirit and warning of persecution by New Age leaders such as Adolf Hitler. These four horsemen encompass the false religions of the world.

We live in the age of the fifth seal, when the Christians ask when God is going to bring an end to the suffering of the Church. The answer given is that God is waiting for the number of the martyrs, and by extension the Church, to be complete. Only then will the sixth and seventh seals be opened by Christ. The Church is still being built, as we are entering into a time of revival based on the unity of Christians. Read about it in our books The Mystery of the Blood Moons and Teshuvah Eclipses, which are available at Amazon and other bookstores.

You can participate in the Unity Revival by finding your brothers in other denominations, getting to know their giftings and working with them for the Kingdom. We ask you to consider learning more by attending the Kairos 2017 meeting in Kansas City on October 22-24, 2017. (See for more information.)

For now Cepheus remains in the Heaven, but we must know that Christ’s Return is very near as we wait for Him to “break” the last seal and then be “coming quickly” to our rescue. You can find His stars about halfway between the North Star and the Zenith Point.

Even so, come Lord Jesus. {eoa}

Satan’s Subtle Strategy That Distracts Us

Our enemy is a clever and expert con artist. We must watch vigilantly for Satan’s efforts through the discernment of the Holy Spirit and not simply rely on our own common sense.

Jesus describes Satan as “a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks from his own nature, for he is a liar and the father of lies” (John 8:44). If we stay on guard for only the obvious attacks, Satan will sneak in the back door with subtle lies. He can lure us into unethical business decisions, vices or unhealthy relationships—one small step at a time. Satan thrives on conflict—particularly among Christians.

As part of his divide-and-conquer tactic, he will develop small seeds of dissention capable of destroying our relationships, our families and our churches. Be on guard against the “socially acceptable” sins that can lead to disaster: a critical spirit, an unforgiving heart, a love for gossip, escalating ambition or even spiritual pride.

As we study the evil attributes of our enemy, our attention is drawn to God’s divine qualities. Where Satan is full of envy, greed and hatred, God is holy, just and righteous. Praise God today for His perfect and loving nature.

Prayer: God, I recognize that there have been times when I have fallen for Satan’s lies. Forgive me for those times and help me to always be on guard. Lord, I thank You that I can trust You and that You are perfect and loving. I pray in the name of Jesus. Amen.

“[Love] rejoices not in iniquity, but rejoices in the truth” (1 Cor. 13:6). {eoa}

Why Is Faith So Hard?

In episode 20 of my new series, Questions With God, I ask the question, “Why is faith so hard?”  In this final entry of these Questions With God articles, I think it’s appropriate that the last thing I look at is probably the very thing that drives all of these questions we have about God in the first place. We so badly want to be certain of the things we believe. Many of us just want God to make things clear to us so we no longer have to doubt anything. But God continuously pushes us out of the nest and asks us to have faith in something we cannot see. There is a hiddenness to God that is both genius and infuriating. His hiddenness can either leave us in crippling doubt or cause us to seek harder after Him.

One of my pet peeves with God has always been that He is invisible. Yes we can “experience” Him at times, feel Him around or inside us, our spirit mingling with His, but let’s be honest—most of us would just love for Jesus to suddenly appear before us the way He did at His resurrection with the disciples. We’re sitting there eating some fish, minding our own business, and suddenly Jesus walks into our kitchen and asks for a bite. That’s pretty much all we need, we tell ourselves, and we’re in 100 percent. Because then we’ll know that we know.

The problem with this thinking, I’ve realized, is that we are way better at doubting than we are believing. Want the perfect example? Matthew 28:16-17. Jesus has just resurrected from the dead, and He appears to the 11 remaining disciples. Amid all the worshipping and glory, God throws this little nugget in there, I’m convinced, to remind us where our constant battle will be: “Now the 11 disciples went to Galilee, to the mountain to which Jesus had directed them. And when they saw him they worshiped him, but some doubted.” Seriously? We’re not talking about some random people on the streets here; we’re talking the 11 guys who did life with Jesus for three years, knew Him better than anyone ever would and were like His best friends. Jesus has literally just risen from the dead and is standing with you in the flesh, and some of these guys still doubted. I guess that makes me feel a little better.

The point here is obvious. The battle will always be in our minds. The disciples had way less reason to doubt than we do. Our society has trained us to mistrust things. Whether it’s fake YouTube videos, photoshopped memes or ministers being outed as frauds, it’s become our overriding ethos to question things that seem too good to be true. But the disciples didn’t have social media to contend with, and they were staring at Jesus in the flesh. They watched Him eat food. They touched Him, for goodness’ sake. Yet still some doubted.

Why is faith so hard? There are obviously a million reasons, but I think a major reason we so often struggle with trusting God (which is what faith really is) is because trusting Him requires us to stop trusting ourselves. Trusting God means we are required to relinquish control of others. And in a world that sometimes feels like it’s spinning out of control, we want nothing more than to take hold of something and bend it to our will so that at least we can be lord over something in our life. But God continues to ask us to let go completely. We are to have no gods before Him, and that includes ourselves. There is only one thing He has ever wanted us to grab hold of, and that is His son, Jesus. He is the the rock on which we stand, the firm foundation in the storm.

“But,” you say, “if only I could just know for sure that He is real, or that He will do what I want Him to do…” I’m here to tell you, and Scripture backs it up, that even if Jesus Himself came to you in the flesh and sat down to eat those salmon fillets with you, as soon as He was gone, the doubts would begin again. Jesus told his disciples that blessed are those who haven’t seen Him yet still believe. Why are we blessed when we put our full faith in Him?  Because it is the ultimate act of trust, and as such, it is the ultimate way we can show Him love. It’s why God puts such a high premium on faith in the first place. As hard as it may be, if you don’t trust Him, then you don’t truly love Him.

Overcoming Your Addictive Mindset—And Enjoying Lasting Freedom

“Do people who are addicted to sugar or any other substance think differently than those who are not?”

This question crossed my mind recently, and I decided to do some research on it.

I discovered this sobering quote from psychologist Dr. Lee Jampolsky about the origins of the addictive mindset:

…the origins of addiction really come from our own thinking. When we are in a belief system that says ‘my happiness is somewhere out there’ —in a substance, in a relationship, in an amount of money in my bank account—that when I see that my happiness is out there, I am going to be heading down the road of addiction.”

The idea that your happiness is attached to having a particular food or any other material substance can lead you into seeking or clinging to that substance desperately.

This reminds me of the “Acres of Diamonds” story. It seems an African farmer always dreamed of possessing the wealth of diamonds.

He could not imagine happiness without them. So he decided to sell his farm and go off in search of diamonds.

He traveled all over the world but in spite of his desperate efforts, he never found the diamonds he sought. Finally, despondent and discouraged, he took his own life.

Meanwhile, the person who bought the African farmer’s property found an unusual rock on the ground. He thought the rock looked interesting, so he put it on his mantle.

One day a friend was visiting and exclaimed when he saw the rock. “Wow, what an incredible diamond you’ve found!”

The owner said, “What do you mean? That’s just a rock. There are tons just like it out there.”

The friend explained to the owner that the “rock” he’d found was a diamond in an unfinished form. It turned out that the farm was one of the largest diamond mines ever discovered!

That African farmer already possessed wealth; the problem was that he lacked the vision to see it. Rather than putting his energy into maximizing what he had, he was too busy looking for happiness elsewhere.

Even Christians can fall into this trap.

The Bible doesn’t teach that happiness is “out there.” Rather, Jesus teaches us that the kingdom of God is within us (Luke 17:20-21).

Romans 14:17 defines what this means;

For the kingdom of God is not eating and drinking, but righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Spirit.”

Righteousness, peace, and joy are part of our inheritance as kingdom citizens.

Here are some Scriptures to meditate upon daily to ensure your inner kingdom is in order:

  • Affirm righteousness as your identity in Christ: “ God made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him”  (2 Cor. 5:21).
  • Allow the Lord to work righteousness through you: “And not yield your members to sin as instruments of unrighteousness, but yield yourselves to God, as those who are alive from the dead, and your bodies to God as instruments of righteousness” (Rom. 6:13).
  • Make choices that give you true peace: “Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid” (John 14:27).
  • Seek joy in the Lord’s presence: “You have made known to me the ways of life; You will make me full of joy in Your presence” (Acts 2:28).

Examine your thoughts. Are you thinking that you can’t be happy unless you obtain something “out there”? Even good things can become a problem when we make our daily happiness dependent upon them.

If you are struggling with sugar addiction or any other addiction, then a great place to start in overcoming it is to learn to focus on righteousness, peace, and joy daily—which is your kingdom inheritance through Jesus Christ! {eoa}

‘Unchained’: What Christians Need to Know About the Generational Trauma of Racism

The American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC) has made racial reconciliation a major focus of its 2017 World Conference, which is currently being held at the Gaylord Opryland Resort in Nashville.

On Wednesday, a newly formed commission focused on racial reconciliation gathered clinical, academic and religious leaders to discuss, strategize and pray for the nation at a time of heightened racial tension.

The commission was formed to advise the AACC on how it can best guide and train its network of nearly 50,000 mental health professionals, Christian counselors, church leaders and other caregivers to foster racial reconciliation. Recently produced AACC curricula has focused on African-American and Latino communities, as well as policing issues. The group committed to reconvene in 2018 in a public and online forum with the hope of exponentially multiplying the impact of their work and research.

Michael Crear, executive director of the Multicultural Division of the AACC and a member of the commission, said that, when it comes to race, “true forgiveness, true repentance, true respect” can only be offered and received by “grasping the love of Christ.” He added that racial reconciliation must go even further than “a color thing to a spiritual, heart thing.”

A documentary presented by the American Bible Society (ABS) called “Unchained: Generational Trauma and Healing” was debuted Thursday evening to a standing-room only crowd. A therapeutic experience in and of itself, the panel discussion that followed on racial reconciliation dissected the issue and welcomed audience comments.

AACC executive board member Dr. Michael Lyles voiced that racism must be explicitly identified by the church as sin, otherwise “we’re not asking a question that Jesus can answer, and that perpetuates the generational problem.”

When asked by an audience member about the AACC’s perspective on recent racial controversies and the government’s role in the solution, AACC executive board member Dr. Diane Langberg replied, “there’s a call to the church here that is way beyond what government not only is doing but can do.”

The American Association of Christian Counselors is committed to supplying the church with the tools needed to fulfill that call.

“Today, we called 7,000 mental-health professionals to get directly involved in building bridges of healing across America’s racial divide,” said Dr. Tim Clinton, president of the AACC.

The AACC is the world’s largest and most diverse association of Christian counselors. Its conferences feature some of America’s leading mental health experts, clinicians and ministry leaders. The AACC equips thousands of Christians to care for hurting people and overcome the persistent stigma associated with mental health challenges. More than 7,000 mental health professionals and ministry leaders—including leading psychologists, psychiatrists, professional counselors and marriage and family therapists—are gathered this week in Nashville for the AACC’s biennial World Conference.

Do Jewish Holidays Point to When Jesus Will Come Back for His Bride?

Jews across the world and even many Christians celebrate the Jewish holidays God prescribed in the Old Testament as a way of remembering what God has done.

But what if they also represent what is to come?

Asher Intrater of Revive Israel believes the Jewish holidays prophetically point to Jesus’ first and second comings as well as map out God’s redemptive plan for Israel and all mankind.

“Feast of Trumpets speaks of the Tribulation time,” Intrater says. “The Day of Atonement, which is the great and terrible day of the Lord, speaks of the Second Coming. And the Feast of Tabernacles speaks of the Millennial Kingdom after Yeshua comes back.”

In this video, Intrater dives into the deep symbolism many overlook in biblical holidays.

Matt Redman Passionately Gives God His ‘Greatest Hallelujah’

Are you truly giving God everything? Matt Redman strives to do so in his new song, “Greatest Hallelujah,” from his most recent album. This acoustic performance lets the powerful lyrics sink in.
