A Word for Praying Prophets and Prophetic Intercessors

God has been stirring my heart for those anointed by Him as praying prophets and prophetic intercessors.

A praying prophet is a prophet called by Jesus Christ (Eph. 4:11,12) whose primary assignment is prayer. Praying prophets will often teach and activate others to pray. They also demonstrate unusual spiritual authority within the context of prayer.

Similarly, a prophetic intercessor is one who loves to pray more than most people do. They are in tune to the Holy Spirit’s leading in prayer and are well acquainted with the burdens, mysteries and travail aspects of intercession. Prophetic intercessors also demonstrate a pattern of having significant answers to prayer.

The Prophetic Word

You’ve been faithful to the secret place. You’ve changed history on your knees. You’ve often been alone and misunderstood for doing what you truly love. You love to pray more than anything else. You live to pray and pray to live! You’ve chosen friendship with God over the friendships of others. His presence has been your reward and His presence has become your portion.

Your heavenly Father is bringing you into a change of altitude. You’ve prayed for friends, family members, people on the news, churches and pastors. You’ve prayed for teachers, principals, those in hospitals and for strangers. In all these things, God is well-pleased. He is now summoning you to the higher and more strategic places of prayer. You will receive specific instructions on how to pray for those of strong influence in the Earth. You will know timetables for nations and begin to usher in their new seasons. You will be tasked to prayerfully remove idolatry and establish the holy in the high places. You will be given heavenly classified secrets and details for intercession that will astound you. You will know that you know you’ve heard the Lord. You will experience an altitude shift. Your thoughts will shift. What you read and study will shift. Your perspectives will shift. You will see things from a higher level.

Please note: Physically sensitive intercessors might also experience this shift in their own body. Temporary symptoms could be tiredness and/or breathlessness—things commonly experienced while going up into higher altitudes. Your body will adjust as your spirit adjusts to your new horizons.

He is also bringing you into strategic partnerships and life-giving friendships with like-minded intercessors. He is reminding you that “Two are better than one … A three-fold cord is not easily broken” (Eccl. 4:9, 12). Angels are being sent out on assignment to bring these relationships together (Gen. 24:40). You will experience divine set-ups as He orders your steps to meet the ones He wants you to meet. There will be a knitting together of the souls. You’ll joyfully run with those able to run in the passionate arena of intercession.

A portion of you will be assigned a public face in public places. Accept this assignment and don’t hide from it. This is not you having pride, vanity or wanting selfish attention. It is the Lord’s doing. He is giving you grace to be a well-known face that deeply encourages others to keep climbing those higher altitudes.

In these higher and more strategic places, He will sow into you everything He intends to sow through you. Pay attention to the fresh patterns of thoughts, scriptures, teachings, visions, and words bubbling up inside of you. What’s feeding you, will also feed them. You will prophesy it, pray it, teach it and encourage others with it.

To the shamar* intercessors—the ones assigned to keep, watch and preserve in prayer—you will no longer be despised, ridiculed or disbelieved for seeing what truly lurks in darkness. Your eyes are blessed to see (Luke 10:23). People have fought against this blessing in you, but you’ve remained steady under persecution.

You’ve fought the good fight. You’ve kept the faith. God is releasing His wisdom and favor upon you. He is removing the negative labels placed on your back by those who secretly feared what you might know about them. Instead, you will be sought out, wisely utilized and no longer rejected for seeing what is in the dark. You are a watchperson and very needed in the body of Christ.

The gift of discerning of spirits is going to receive much emphasis, teaching and activation in the coming months and years. Praying prophets and prophetic intercessors, especially, will find themselves teaching, equipping and activating this gift in others.

Just as you’ve developed prophetically, you are also being given fluency for the gift of discerning of spirits, within the context of prayer. Through road-tested experience, you will skillfully explain this gift’s mysteries and reignite effective deliverance ministries in the nations; there is a call for deeper deliverance of people and deeper deliverance of the land.

The Holy Spirit is calling out for prayer in the night. Create the night watches. Raise the night hedges. Saturate the night seasons with your worship and intercession! Stand firm against the terror that wants to strike at night (Ps. 91:5). Cover the night hours with prayer.

Be ready to accept God’s specific prayer assignments as He sends you out to physical locations around the globe. Be prepared to board airplanes, trains and buses on divinely ordered journeys to places you’ve first heard about in a dream or a vision.

These intercessory assignments will not make sense in the natural, but are part of a strategic heavenly operation. It will seem highly inconvenient, especially the long nights, flights and extended travel. Jesus is asking His friends, the intercessors, “Will you go for Me?” And then He will give you the decrees, the prophetic acts and the angelic entourage to support you as you go.

For others, you will intercede powerfully in your own homes, on your own beds, inside your dreams. Some of you will be “spiritually transported” to specific locations within the dream realm. These kinds of dreams can feel exhausting! The Lord will give you His strength to intercede in this manner.

For example, I once had a dream that felt like it lasted for well over an hour. It was very intense. Jesus and I stood in the air over Afghanistan and began to sing over and over to the women wearing face-covering burkas. The song was this: “Come out from behind the veil. I want to see your face. I want to see your gaze. I promise you will not be ashamed.”

Before there ever is a revival, there is an intercessor. Praying prophets and prophetic intercessors are being sent out to intercede and deal with demonic hindrances that stop the flow of ministry. The apostle Paul had once expressed his frustration when he couldn’t go and minister to the Thessalonians. He said, “Therefore we wanted to come to you—even I, Paul, time and again—but Satan hindered us (1 Thess. 2:18).”

Praying prophets and prophetic intercessors are going to effectually deal with these satanic hindrances. Through prophetic intercession, they will cut through spiritual strongholds that withhold the gospel from darkened territories. They will build spiritual roads and highways so the Word of God can “travel in,” be released and run swiftly.

World harvest is on His timetable. World harvest will happen and the Earth is preparing to birth. Praying prophets and prophetic intercessors will activate in prayer and congregate in these places as a sign of what’s to come. They are the shout and the signal of upcoming harvest, revival and powerful new beginnings.

What Happens to Your DNA When Holy Spirit and Your Human Spirit Merge

Understanding the new creation reality is so vital to an overcoming Christian life. If you don’t know who you really are, you can never experience the fullness of abundant life in Christ.

We’ve heard it preached our entire Christian lives, “You are a new creation! Old things have passed away and all things have become new!” But do we really understand what this means? When we come to Christ, does God just make us better versions of ourselves? Or does something much more profound happen?

A Divine Fusion Takes Place

Recently God gave me a vision of what happens to us at salvation and it radically altered the way I see myself. I saw the moment God encountered Mary in Luke 1:31-35 telling her she would bear the Christ Child. I saw the person of the Holy Spirit overshadow her. I saw Mary’s DNA and the Holy Spirit’s DNA. I saw them intertwine and become one, creating Jesus in her womb, fully God and fully man.

Then the vision shifted to me. I saw myself at salvation. I saw the Holy Spirit overshadow me and fill me. My body became the temple of the Holy Spirit. I also saw my spirit man’s DNA and the Holy Spirit’s DNA. I saw them intertwine and become one.

I saw the Holy Spirit wrap around my human spirit like two DNA strands coming together as one, just like when the DNA from a father and mother mix together to form a new baby. It looked like the Double Helix. As the Holy Spirit wrapped around my human spirit, they fused together, becoming one and forming a brand new creation. This fusion of Holy Spirit and my human spirit formed Christ in me!

Heavenly DNA—Divine Nature

1 Corinthians 6:17 declares, “But he who is joined to the Lord becomes one spirit with Him” (MEV). This revelation was in Scripture the whole time! I became one spirit with the Holy Spirit and I now have a new holy, divine nature.

This is Christ in me, the hope of glory (Col 1:27, 2 Pet 1:4). Divine DNA from God was fused into my human spirit causing me to become a partaker of God’s divine nature! I was truly a brand new creation. As Holy Spirit became one with my human spirit, I was “born again” and Christ was formed inside of me. I was much more than a better version of myself. I was something brand new!

When you receive Christ as your Savior and the Holy Spirit takes up residence inside of you, He actually fuses Himself together with your spirit. You become one with God! You have His divine nature inside of you. You are a brand new creation, with new desires and a new life. Your core identity is completely transformed. Christ’s very nature and identity is now completely formed in your spirit. It’s a glorious transformation! This is why you are holy, righteous and clean!

I have so much more to teach you on this amazing subject. I have just put together a teaching series called Divine DNA—New Creation Reality. I think it’s one of the most important teachings I have ever done. Having divine DNA in your spirit has so many effects on your life as you become transformed in your spirit, soul and body.

I encourage you with all my heart to sow this teaching into your mind and heart today and learn who you really are! Once you know who you are, the devil will never be able to lie to you again and you will walk in power, victory and freedom. {eoa}

What to Do With Your Dreams From God

God has been communicating His will and word through dreams since the Creation.

In Genesis, He sealed His covenant with Abram after he had fallen into a deep sleep (Gen. 15:12-21). Jacob the patriarch marveled at the ladder from heaven to Earth, where angels ascended and descended, and he called the place Bethel, the “house of God” (Gen. 28:10-19). Daniel had “understanding in all kinds of visions and dreams,” (Dan. 1:17). His gift from God promoted him above all the other as he was “made ruler over the whole province of Babylon and chief of the governors over all the wise men of Babylon” (Dan. 2:48).

Dreams were pivotal in the birth Jesus. It was through a dream that Joseph learned Mary had conceived Jesus by the Holy Spirit, and he obeyed a series of dreams which spared their lives (Matt. 1:20, 2:13, 19, 22).

On the Day of Pentecost, the apostle Peter quoted Joel 2:28-32 saying that the outpouring of the Holy Spirit was a fulfillment of that prophecy. Tongues, prophecy, dreams and visions are the outpouring of the wonderful Holy Spirit who is the promise from the Father to His children (Luke 24:49).

God still speaks in dreams today. When I was in India on a short-term mission exposure trip, I met a young woman who had been a Muslim. During a Ramadan fast, Jesus appeared to her in a dream and she became a Christian. She had to run away from home as her father persecuted her for her newfound faith and she fearlessly began to preach the gospel.

What are you to do with your dreams from God? Here are four keys I have learned that have helped me in my life as I grow in Him:

1. Search the Scriptures. If there is a theme or topic gleaned from your dream, then study this topic or theme in the Bible. Or if there were metaphors and symbols in your dream, look these up in the Bible, using a concordance and Bible dictionary as needed. Once I dreamed of armies in perfect formation and soldiers within the army were blowing trumpets, so I searched every passage of Scripture related to trumpets and learned a lot as my understanding of the Scripture increased. We are to rely on Scripture as this is central to the interpretation and application of our dreams.

2. Seek God’s face when you receive a dream that has a profound impact on you. A deep and lasting impression is on you, not only when you wake, but as you go throughout your day and week. It is with these dreams that you are to seek God in prayer. Present it to Him and seek for His loving answers. When I was 18 I had a profound dream where I was standing in the middle of a paved road. In one direction, I saw the road got worse with potholes, and the further I looked the sky was darker. Then, in the other direction, the road got better, the trees were lush and green, and the skies were beautiful. This was God guiding me to choose His way or the world’s way. It impacted me so much that I made life-changing decisions to surrender to Him completely.

3. Record your dream. Write it out. If you are artistic feel free to draw it, paint it or design it on the computer. Whatever it takes for you to record the dream, do this prayerfully. Jeremiah 23:28 says, “The prophet who has a dream, let him tell his dream. And he who has My word, let him speak.” One of the purposes of God-given dreams is to make Him known. Our recording the dream may help someone out later on and we should return to it from time to time to review and pray through it.

If you have completed these previous steps, then:

4. Obey what God says in your dream. The dream has to confirm and affirm the Word of God. As we abide in His grace and love under the new covenant of Jesus, obedience is key to His guidance and continue to pursue the presence of the Lord. If we are to share the dream, then we humbly submit it to our leaders. If we are to keep it to ourselves then we are to intercede into it. God will give the interpretation because as we approach Him with it He will answer, as the Scripture says, “It is the glory of God to conceal a thing, but the honor of kings is to search out a matter,” (Prov. 25:2). Searching for the meaning of the dream and obeying Him is all part of your adventure with God. {eoa}

Oldest Known Evidence of Hebrew Ten Commandments Found in Shocking Location

A boulder inscribed with a Hebrew translation of the Ten Commandments was reportedly found in the last place people may expect: America.

It is said to be the oldest known Ten Commandments written in Hebrew.

The controversial carving is located west of Los Lunas, New Mexico, at the bottom of what is called the “Hidden Mountain.”

The 80-ton boulder, which is still being called a “mystery stone,” a “Phoenician Inscription Rock” or “Mystery Rock,” contains the text of the Ten Commandments written in ancient Paleo-Hebrew.

“This form of Hebrew writing was used for approximately 1,000 years and fell into disuse around 500 B.C.,” explained Roni Segal, an academic adviser with eTeacher, an online language academy.

According to BreakingIsraelNews, the boulder is so large it may have been in its present-day location since the time of King Solomon.

“The more square-like Hebrew script used today came into common use after King Solomon’s reign,” continued Segal. “Since the writing on this stone is in Paleo-Hebrew script, archaeologists surmise that this stone dates back to biblical times.”

Harvard scholar Robert Pfeiffer, an expert in Semitic languages, confirmed the Paleo-Hebrew script’s authenticity and translated the writings as the Ten Commandments, which include, “I am the Lord, thy God, who brought you out of the land” and “Thou shalt have no other gods.”

Some, like Kenneth Feder, professor of archaeology at Central Connecticut State University, are saying that the stone is fake.

“The stone is almost certainly a fake” because it makes use of some modern Hebrew punctuation and contains numerous stylistic and grammatical errors, he said.

Late professor and archaeologist Frank Hibben, who had a reputation for fabricating archaeological data, was the first to bring up the stone in 1933. He said that he was first shown the Decalogue by a guide who claims to have found it in the 1880s.

Due to the stone’s enormous weight and years of not correctly deciphering the inscriptions, its authenticity has never been proved by a laboratory. {eoa}

7 Things to Expect at Monday Night’s Debate

If you’re watching tonight’s first presidential debate between Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump and his Democratic counterpart, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, you will be far from alone.

The broadcast, which will air at 9 p.m. EDT on CNN, will also be streaming on the cable network’s website, , and its CNNgo app for mobile devices. More than 100 million viewers are expected to watch—putting it in the same league as last year’s Super Bowl football game.

The current record for largest debate audience is Oct. 28, 1980, debate between Ronald Reagan and Jimmy Carter, which garnered an audience of 80.6 million viewers. The next largest debate audience was in 1992 when George H.W. Bush, Bill Clinton, and Ross Perot sparred on television.

Some will be watching to be better informed. Others will be watching, hoping for one or both of the candidates to have a “moment”—good or bad—that completely redefines the political landscape of the 2016 elections.

Still others are the type who go out of their way to watch a demolition derby.

Regardless, they will see a 90-minute debate moderated by NBC’s Lester Holt. It will focus on the direction of the country, the economy, national security and foreign policy.

Here are seven things to be looking for during tonight’s debate:

1. Format

The debate will be broken down into six segments. Each segment will feature a question from Holt directed to one of the candidates, who will have two minutes to respond. His or her opponent will then have two minutes of rebuttal. The remaining 10 minutes will feature an open debate and discussion of the central topic.

Hillary Clinton will get the first question of the night.

2. Rules

Unlike the debates held during the primary process, which were controlled by each political party, every aspect of this debate—down to the tiniest detail—is controlled by the rules handed down by the Commission on Presidential Debates. Some of the decisions are arbitrary: Coin tosses decided which side of the stage the candidates are on and who gets the first question.

Others require judgment decisions and negotiations between the two campaigns. For instance, Clinton—who stands just 5 feet 4 inches tall—asked for a step stool to prevent her from being dwarfed by the 6-foot-3-inch Trump.

Although that request was denied, a special podium has been built to try to accommodate the significant height difference between the two.

3. Hillary’s Health

Clinton canceled a number of public events in the week following her Sept. 11 pneumonia diagnosis and tonight’s debate, prompting additional concerns about her overall health. Those were further intensified after a pool reporter captured video of Clinton carefully walking out of New York City daycare center while wearing what appeared to be a heavy winter coat—on a 70-degree day.

One prominent physician, Dr. Ted Noel, who has publicly stated he believes there is ample video evidence that Clinton is suffering from Parkinson’s Disease, has said he will be watching the debate closely for more signs. If she were to have another “medical episode” during the debate, there are no plans for commercial breaks during the debate.

4. No Pinocchios for You

Under the rules of the debate—and unlike in the previous debates during the primary races—Holt will not be allowed to “fact check” either of the candidates’ statements. This had been a frustration for many viewers of past debates, particularly when the “fact checking” turned out to just be flat-out wrong.

Instead, it will be up to the candidates to police themselves, which is perhaps why the liberal mainstream media has bombarded the Trump campaign with accusations he has repeatedly lied or “made things up” on the campaign trail. Those attacks were planted by the Clinton campaign—it will be interesting to see how Trump counters those attacks tonight.

5. The Off-Stage Circus

The Clinton campaign invited billionaire Mark Cuban—who has relentlessly bashed Trump for months on Twitter and in interviews—to sit in the front row of the audience. The expectation was likely to goad Trump into a feisty reaction.

Instead, and in true “Trump” fashion, her opponent suggested he might give a seat right next to Cuban to Gennifer Flowers, with whom President Bill Clinton has admitted he had an extramarital affair. Both camps are trying to get under each other’s skin before the debate even begins, and it’s likely that will spill over to tonight.

6. The Wild Card

Invariably, in the polarized world in which we find ourselves, tonight’s debate will often resemble a two-on-one battle. What kind of two-on-one will depend entirely upon the “wild card”: moderator Lester Holt.

Both candidates have questioned whether or not he can be impartial, and Trump’s claim that he would be facing two Democrats on the stage tonight forced Holt to admit a surprising fact: He’s a registered Republican. And, it wouldn’t be outside the realm of possibility for Trump and Clinton to team up against the moderator from time to time.

7. The Winner Will Be

Regardless of who wins tonight, both sides will attempt to claim victory in the hopes of swaying a few well-placed media types to agree with them. Winning the first debate has become a critical piece to winning the White House every four years.

The two campaigns will likely have their own armies of surrogates to put out their respective “spin” on the evening’s events.

Why 3,000 Christian Leaders Are Crying Out Together for These Hot-Button Issues

Some of today’s biggest social challenges will be the subject of a massive conference at NYC’s Jacob Javits Center on October 25-27, when an expected 3,000 Christian leaders and emerging leaders from 86 countries gather for “Movement Day Global Cities” (MDGC).

An initiative of the New York City Leadership Center in collaboration with the Lausanne Movement, MDGC is designed to transform the world’s cities by addressing social challenges including the refugee crisis, human trafficking, poverty, fatherlessness, under-performing education and encouraging collaborative partnerships as a means to transform a city.

“The greatest demographic in human history is taking place right now,” says Dr. Mac Pier, founder and CEO of the New York City Leadership Center and host of the event. “There are 7,000 people moving into sizeable cities every hour, the equivalent of a city the size of San Francisco is being birthed each month. Millennials are moving into cities at a great rate, and the poor are congregating in the cities for survival. So if you want to serve the people of the world today, you want to do mission in cities. That is the focus of Movement Day Global Cities, and it is our hope to gather Christian leaders to educate, celebrate and inspire gospel movements and collaborative ministry in cities around the world.”

An annual event, more than 8,000 leaders have attended the Movement Day gathering in New York City since 2010, representing today’s leading Christian ministries, churches, businesses, seminaries, universities and foundations. This year’s event is unique in that the focus is on global cities and will involve an unprecedented contingent of speakers and thousands of leaders from around the globe, including United Arab Emirates, India, Philippines, Belgium, Rwanda, Lebanon and South Africa.

Each day’s schedule will begin with influential speakers from nine countries who will discuss how gospel movements impact cities by affecting urban social challenges. Some of the speakers include:

–         Dr. Tim Keller, senior pastor, Redeemer Presbyterian Church, NYC

–         Dr. Luis Palau, Luis Palau Association, Portland, Oregon

–         Dr. Mac Pier, event host, founder and CEO of The New York City Leadership Center

–         Bishop Claude Alexander, senior pastor, The Park Church, Charlotte, NC

–         Dr. Michael Oh – Executive Director of the Lausanne Movement, Nagoya, Japan

–         Ms. Vandana Kripalani, Set Beautiful Free, Mumbai, India

–         Dr. Jayakumar Christian, World Vision India

–         Dr. Tony Evans, radio host and senior pastor of Oak Cliff Bible Fellowship, Dallas, TX

–         Mr. Bob Doll, Chief Equity Strategist and Senior Portfolio Manager, Nuveen Asset Management, Princeton, NJ

Each afternoon, attendees can choose from a number of track discussions led by experts and practitioners, focused on additional topics such as caring for the homeless, ministering to young people, transforming cities through the arts, Christ-centered entrepreneurship, emotionally healthy leadership and much more.

Also, a dozen ancillary events will take place around the city during the week, including a national discussion on race, the executive summit for senior-level leaders, a conference focusing on the global issues impacting children in our cities, gatherings for millennial leaders and a celebration of women church/ministry leaders.

Attendees from 86 countries are currently registered, including church and ministry leaders, directors of college campus ministries, business leaders, arts and education leaders and mission’s agency leaders.

Professor With Stunningly Accurate Track Record Prophesies Presidential Winner

Allan Lichtman, distinguished professor of history at American University, has a nearly prophetic ability to accurately predict the winner of presidential elections.

As a matter of establishing his “track record,” he’s correctly predicted the winners of the last eight presidential elections. And, in an interview with The Washington Post, he’s made his prediction for a ninth:

“Donald Trump has made this the most difficult election to assess since 1984. We have never before seen a candidate like Donald Trump, and Donald Trump may well break patterns of history that have held since 1860.”

But that’s not an endorsement. Lichtman accused the Republican presidential nominee of “enriching himself at the expense of others,” of being a “serial fabricator,” of having “incited violence against an opponent,” and of having “invited a hostile foreign power to meddle in American elections.” Throughout the interview, he exposes his personal political biases, but the system he has developed for predicting elections does not take those into account.

Putting aside his personal views, he said many indicators are currently pointing to a Trump victory in November.

“Based on the 13 keys, it would predict a Donald Trump victory,” he said. “Remember, six keys and you’re out, and right now the Democrats are out—for sure—five keys.”

The “keys” he mentions are explained in greater detail in his new book, Predicting the Next President: The Keys to the White House 2016. They are:

  1. Party Mandate: After the midterm elections, the incumbent party holds more seats in the U.S. House of Representatives than after the previous midterm elections.
  2. Contest: There is no serious contest for the incumbent party nomination.
  3. Incumbency: The incumbent party candidate is the sitting president.
  4. Third party: There is no significant third party or independent campaign.
  5. Short-term economy: The economy is not in recession during the election campaign.
  6. Long-term economy: Real per capita economic growth during the term equals or exceeds mean growth during the previous two terms.
  7. Policy change: The incumbent administration effects major changes in national policy.
  8. Social unrest: There is no sustained social unrest during the term.
  9. Scandal: The incumbent administration is untainted by major scandal.
  10. Foreign/military failure: The incumbent administration suffers no major failure in foreign or military affairs.
  11. Foreign/military success: The incumbent administration achieves a major success in foreign or military affairs.
  12. Incumbent charisma: The incumbent party candidate is charismatic or a national hero.
  13. Challenger charisma: The challenging party candidate is not charismatic or a national hero.

The Keys to the White House is a historically-based prediction system,” Lichtman told The Post. “I derived the system by looking at every American presidential election from 1860 to 1980, and have since used the system to correctly predict the outcomes of all eight American presidential elections from 1984 to 2012.

“The keys are 13 true/false questions, where an answer of ‘true’ always favors the re-election of the party holding the White House, in this case the Democrats. And the keys are phrased to reflect the basic theory that elections are primarily judgments on the performance of the party holding the White House.

“If six or more of the 13 keys are false—that is, they go against the party in power—they lose. If fewer than six are false, the party in power gets four more years.”

The five keys Lichtman said the Democrats are currently losing are:

  • Key 1—The Democratic Party was trounced in the 2014 midterm elections.
  • Key 3—President Obama is prevented from seeking re-election because he is constitutionally term limited.
  • Key 7—The White House hasn’t announced any major policy change (e.g. The Affordable Care Act).
  • Key 11—No major foreign policy success.
  • Key 12—”Hillary Clinton is not a Franklin Roosevelt.”

Lichtman said the presence of former New Mexico Gov. Gary Johnson, the Libertarian Party candidate, is currently providing the sixth “false” answer that could doom Democrats in November. However, one could also make the argument the Obama Administration triggered a “false” answer to keys 2, 5, 6, 8, 9, and 10.

But, going back to his original statement about Trump breaking “patterns of history,” he refused to believe the election is guaranteed for either candidate. The patterns could instead point to a general Republican victory while Trump still loses the White House.

“I believe that given the unprecedented nature of the Trump candidacy and Trump himself, he could defy all odds and lose even though the verdict of history is in his favor,” he said. “So this would also suggest, you know, the possibility this election could go either way. Nobody should be complacent, no matter who you’re for, you gotta get out and vote.”

Ballot Initiative Launched to Declare Abortion Capital Murder

A new effort underway in Florida would establish the harshest penalties ever proposed for those who both perform and procure abortions.

Abolish Abortion Florida has launched a ballot initiative to amend the state’s constitution to punish abortion as capital murder, both for the physician who performs the procedure and the woman who seeks it. Additionally, it defines “abortion” to include “any abortifacient drug or device that can kill an embryo by preventing implantation, as well as the intentional destruction of unwanted IVF embryos.”

According to AAFL, the amendment “would define life as beginning at fertilization rather than ‘conception,’ and declares that ‘abortion deprives an innocent human being of the inalienable right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.'” Floridians are encouraged to sign the petition available at the organization’s website.

The resolution states:

We the People of the Sovereign State of Florida demand the abolition of abortion.

The people of Florida murder 72,000 babies every year while the “pro-life” politicians we’ve elected to protect them attempt to regulate the practice of child sacrifice as if it were healthcare, instead of addressing it as murder. The governing authorities of our state possess the moral, legal, and constitutional duty to establish justice for all human beings within their jurisdiction, including the pre-born fatherless by prohibiting the slaughter of children in the womb.

Contrary to widespread misinformation, the right to murder humans is not protected by the Constitution and our legislature is not bound by any law or duty to aid or abet the Supreme Court in their attempted perversion of it. On the contrary, they are duty bound by their oaths to support, obey and defend the United States Constitution and oppose such perversions and abuses of it.

We demand that our legislators stop passing laws to regulate abortion. We demand the total and immediate abolition of human abortion.

Florida is one of 30 states with capital punishment. Capital murder in that state is punishable by either the death penalty or life imprisonment. Earlier this year, Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump was heavily criticized by many from both sides of the political spectrum for suggesting both the women and doctors should be punished for taking part in abortions.

AAFL’s plan is not just limited to collecting enough signatures to get the measure onto the 2018 ballot, but also to encourage legislators to begin putting forward legislation to abolish abortion instead of merely regulating it. The organization made the following statement to announce its plan:

“The Supreme Court cannot make murder legal. Pro-life politicians have passed incremental regulations for decades, but it’s time to abolish abortion by recognizing it for what it is—cold-blooded murder—and prosecuting it accordingly.”

Hillsong’s Carl Lentz: Revival Is Breaking Out in New York

Revival is breaking out in New York City, according to Hillsong’s Carl Lentz.

In an Instagram post, the popular pastor writes, “I refuse to be a Christian that asks to be delivered from my own prayer requests.. ‘God bring revival to NYC’!! And then when he does, resent what I used to rejoice about.. No way..”

The photo reveals hundreds of men and women eager to get inside Hillsong’s New York campus to encounter the Holy Spirit.

Lentz says they wait for hours and most likely will spend the service on their feet, but he doesn’t care, and apparently neither does his congregation.

He writes:

When churches have buildings they own, it’s easy to take for granted how convenient it is to simply have meetings! We have never known that.. Every meeting we have ever had, we have to rent a venue. Pay for it. And it’s never big enough! So waiting in a line, to get into an overcrowded room where you just might have to stand the whole time, becomes a normal thing. It’s literally a choice to be have had people leave our church from time to time and say “you know what, I just want to be somewhere smaller.” Not realizing the new place they choose to go, has the same desire to grow!! It just hasn’t happened yet, or at the same “speed”..

He continues:

Last night, hundreds of people couldn’t get into our first service. So they waited two hours to be a part of the “second” knows, perhaps someday soon we will have our own building. But I will never forget THESE DAYS. I’m thankful for the amazing people in our church. I’ll tell you that! When comfort calls? They hang up the phone.. May that be said of all of us! Special thanks to our staff of 18 PEOPLE, that do more and carry more and graciously accept the love and complaints of people who will never know just what this road is like! You are the greatest. #occupyallstreets

Here’s What Mike Pence Expects From Tonight’s Debate

In an interview during Monday’s episode of The Hugh Hewitt Show, Republican vice presidential nominee Indiana Gov. Mike Pence gave a preview of what he expects to see happen during tonight’s presidential debate between Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton.

Asked if he thought Clinton’s use of a private email server would come up during the debate—particularly in light of the FBI’s weekend “document dump” late Friday—Pence said he thought “that’s all fair game at this or any future debate.” The American people, he said, have a right to review her record and her conduct in public life, but he also expects the debate to be “about a whole bunch of issues.”

“I think you’re going to see in Donald Trump a candidate who’s going to continue to focus on the issues that matter most to the American people—national security, economic growth and jobs, the Supreme Court of the United States,” he said. “I’m just telling you what, I’m just counting the hours.”

Pence, as a former member of Congress, had a security clearance, and as a governor, he’s dealt with emergencies. Hewitt asked a couple more questions about Clinton’s email server and how it may have compromised national security.

Here’s what the governor said:

Well, there’s no question that the fact that Hillary Clinton, while she was Secretary of State, had a private server, and actually trafficked in classified information on that server, represented an irresponsible act that placed classified and sensitive information about the United States of America potentially within reach of foreign governments and foreign powers. It’s simply no question about that.

The fact that she did that, the reasons for doing that, and the fact that she then used high technology, this BleachBit program to attempt to erase and eradicate those, you know, I’m old enough to remember a president who erased 18 ½ minutes of audio tape and he was run out of Washington, D.C. And here, we have in Hillary Clinton someone who actually used high technology to attempt to erase nearly 18,000 emails.

As I said, that doesn’t, that doesn’t sound like politics. That sounds like obstruction. And these are all issues the American people ought to be willing to deal with and weigh in their decision …

I think it just, all of it, the cumulative weight of it, and this story last week that we found out that the President himself had sent emails that had been, had gone to her private server. It just all continues to contribute to the conclusion by the majority of Americans that Hillary Clinton is untrustworthy. And I think all of that, all of that is going to bear upon the decision that we all make as a nation later this fall.

But I do think that at the end of the day, you know, the backdrop of her untrustworthiness, which you know, I continue to hear the pundits say that that’s what she’s going to try and take on tonight, the American people are still, Hugh, focused on the things that are impacting their families. You know, we began last week with terrorist attacks in New Jersey and New York and Minnesota. We ended the week with five Americans losing their lives in Washington State. We still don’t know the motivation for that, but it was someone who was in this country under the law, but was an immigrant from Turkey.

I just think that focusing on security, focusing on economic growth, focusing on, as you do so well, focusing on the fact that the very balance of the Supreme Court and our core Constitutional liberties are literally on the ballot this year, I think are all issues that will come to the fore, and will continue to give great, great momentum behind the campaign of Donald Trump.

Hewitt asked for Pence’s advice to Trump on how to deal with the potential of another Clinton coughing fit, should it happen, during tonight’s debate. He said the Trump campaign has been praying for their opponent to regain her health.

“We’ll, of course, do what we’ve all done, and that is continue to wish her well and you know, literally, we’ve prayed for her recovery,” he said. “We’re glad to see her back out on the campaign trail.

“But you know, all of these things, all these things, I think, in large measure, are not the issue in the debate tonight. The American people are really focused. They’re focused on the issues that impact their future—having a president they can trust, having a president who has a vision for a stronger, more prosperous America.

“That’s where you’re going to see Donald Trump focused tonight, and I’ve got to tell you, I just think as people see this debate unfold, as they see these two people on the stage, it’s going to become more and more clear that Donald Trump is the right choice at the right time to be the 45th president of the United States.”

Later in the interview, Pence also noted he played a role in developing Trump’s newly revised Supreme Court “short list.” The former House Judiciary Committee member also said Trump asked him to provide counsel, should they be elected, when the time comes to nominate federal judges.

“I’m honored to be asked to play that role,” he said. “Look, the list speaks for itself. I think the fact that Hugh Hewitt is enthusiastic about the list is a great endorsement. But look, this is a candidate in Donald Trump who is committed to appoint jurists to the Supreme Court and the rest of our federal courts that will uphold the Constitution.

“As you can see from that list, which members of the Federalist Society helped us to develop as well, and gave great input, as did other conservative thought leaders, that Donald Trump is going to keep his word, because this is a time, I think, where with the passing of Justice Scalia, literally the balance of the Court is on the ballot. And that, you know, there may be something altogether fitting about that, that the American people in this election are going to decide the direction of the Supreme Court not for the next four years, but likely for the next 40 years.

“They can rely on the fact, I can assure you, that when Donald Trump is president of the United States, we’re going to appoint judges to every level of the court, including our highest court, that will uphold the Constitution.”
